Loved our stay, gorgeous peaceful site,
Amazing that you’re so close to Harrogate.
Despite a very recent close family bereavement, we were very well looked after by Mark who’s friendly tips and advice were appreciated…
The walk to The Knox pub is a must!

It's a little slice of heaven.
What more can we say.
We can't wait to return, it's just perfect.
If we could give 11 out of 10 for customer service we would.

Lovely peaceful site in a great location to visit Harrogate or Ripon.
Well stocked shop and really friendly staff for local advice.
Honestly shop in fridge and directions for nearby walks are a nice touch.
Will definitely visit again.

We loved our 3 night stay at The Cud Life.
Great welcome by Annie who showed us around and
Gave us lots of local and site info.
Toilets, showers and washing up area in a perfect facilities block which had local info, a fridge/freezer and even a radio and hair dryer, should you want to use them. Great views from all pitches.
We cycled with a dog trailer into Killinghall and picked up The Greenway into Ripley, Harrogate and Knaresborough which we particularly liked.
There's a Tesco local in Killinghall which you can walk to but the site does have a honesty shop in the fridge for a few groceries and The Cooking Fantastic shop on site has some groceries too as well as gifts and cookware.
No road noise only cow and bird song.
This site was an absolute delight. Would thoroughly recommend. 5*

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Fabulous site and after a very warm welcome we had the best of stays.
Pitch size was excellent and site was immaculate with great facilities, the well stocked shop/cookshop a real bonus.
There is so much to do in the surrounding area and all recommendations from the site proved to be accurate and made for a very enjoyable weekend.
What stands this site apart is the people running it and despite dealing with a family health issue currently, their customer service was still obviously paramount.
A real family effort and one that left a lasting impression, we will be returning shortly and for more nights.
Highly recommend!

10/10. A brilliant site. Not too busy, a wonderfully kept area surrounded on all sides by a working farm with fantastic views.
Close enough to walk into Killinghall and a short bus journey into Harrogate. (A little further in the car will get you to Brimham Rocks, Fountains Abbey etc).
Shower block was well equipped and the showers were spot on. Definitely one of our favourites and we’ll certainly be returning for another visit.
Thank you to our hosts. PS - worth the small extra charge for a late check out, makes it less of a rush to pack up all your kit especially if you’re like us and pack as if it’s a 3-week base camp at Everest!

Wonderful haven of tranquillity. Close to Knaresborough etc.
Tanya and family amazing, during their very tragic and sad time of their lives. Despite this we were never forgotten.
Lovely friends and brother in law.
Will stay again.

Lovely peaceful site. Very well kept in beautiful surroundings, Toilets and showers were nipping clean.
There is a farm shop on site unfortunately it was closed when we stayed but there was a well stocked fridge with essentials and an honesty box to pay.
There is a regular bus from the main road (a short walk) that goes to Ripon or Harrogate and Leeds. From Harrogate bus station there are buses to Knaresborough etc.
Thanks to the team for a lovely break.
