Lovely site. Welcoming, peaceful, everything I’d hoped it would be.
Everyone staying there were friendly, seemed to want the same thing- a chance for kids to have some freedom and fresh air, whilst adults also relaxing and enjoying the peace.
All quiet after 10pm which was perfect. Mark was very welcoming and helpful and even offered to lend us a sleeping bag for the night!
We will definitely come back!

Lovely little campsite, can’t fault any of it.
The owners have really thought about what people will like and used their past experiences camping to put there ideas together.
Not much facilities for children, but you make your own fun, that’s what camping is all about.
Great location for travelling into Harrogate on bus and York by train.
We will most definitely be going back and staying longer next time.

Just had my annual visit to the Cud Life, where I stay whilst attending a local event.
As in previous years, it didn't disappoint.
Always so welcoming, the facilities are spotless,
The pitches well maintained and the view from the site stunning.

Loved our weekend stay. Friendly welcome.
Good sized pitches, we had a hard standing pitch. Well spaced. Amazing views.
Owners have thought of everything to benefit campers, from the fridge freezer, stocked with essentials to the free hairdryer and strainers in the shower block.
Clean facilities. Good location for places to visit.
Fab site - will book again.

This is a beautiful, small, family run campsite in a stunning location.
Very quiet.
Toilets and showers lovely and clean. Owners very friendly and on hand.
Great location for walking and/or exploring Yorkshire and everything it has to offer.

Giving this 10/10 because we really enjoyed our trip here at this cracking site. Everything was fantastic, well apart from weather.
Lovely greeting from Mark at reception which really meant a lot. 1st impressions great. He then showed us to our pitch, pointing out facilities on the way.
Lovely big pitch with absolutely fantastic views.
Toilets spot on, huge big proper showers, not push buttons, big thumbs up there, plenty of hot water and some hairdryer thingy the wife really liked. Don't ask me what but she was happy. They are unisex toilets, not a problem for us but some people might be funny that way. Dishwashing facility fine too.
Great location, 10 minute walk to main road where buses regularly go to either Ripon or Leeds via Harrogate. 40 minute walk into Harrogate, maybe about 30 mins into Ripley. Both definitely worth a visit.
Tescos in Killinghall which is close to site, about 15 mins walk.
Day of departure Mark came to say cheerio which was nice. He really is a credit to the site and made our stay enjoyable with his chat and endless information. We will hopefully get back sometime in future.
Keep up the good work.

Fantastic site, friendly owners, very clean facilities. Extensive cook shop on site, with small shop also. Puddings and cake in shop are heavenly and all home baked.
Site outside Harrogate, but bus at the end of the driveway so easy access if you have no transport.
Well worth a visit for a friendly peaceful stay. Definitely be back we loved it.

The owner Tania with the help from Mark and Annie are such friendly welcoming people. Tania makes delicious scones and cakes and are a must.
If you are a Baker the Cookware shop is an alladins cave.
The toilet and shower block are clean and tidy with plenty of room in the shower cubicle.
Plenty of room on the pitch with lovely views over the countryside.
We didn't use the bus but at the top of the lane you can catch the 36 to Harrogate or Ripon.
Very dog friendly and nice walks nearby.
We will go back as its very well situated.

Nice quiet site right on the doorstep of Harrogate.
Very friendly staff with a great cookshop on site.
This is the second time we have been here and I'm sure we'll be back at some point.
