Really enjoyed our two nights at this Campsite. Great location with lovely walks along the river into Arundel.
Enjoyed two evening meals at the Ship and Anchor pub on site and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The campsite was clean, spacious and quiet in the evenings. Thank you

Friendly quiet site with good access to walks. On site pub good food and service pity it wasn't open Monday.
Token for showers a bit different but showers were ideal and token stops water wastage so forgiven.
Really good Covid measures which made us feel comfortable.
Will go again

Friendly and helpful welcome from Helen. There is a great pub next to the camping also.
A small, quiet, family friendly campsite on a great location next to the river with exactly what you need.

Good location right next to the river with great walks.
All amenities were very clean and tidy.
Close to pub serving very good food.
Only down side was felt the electric hook up pitches were too close together.

Cracking site with a warm friendly welcome. Acres of space for my tent.
Hot showers, clean facilities and very well set up for covid sanitisation.
Quiet at night, just how I like it.
I will be back

My wife and I needed a break and booked 3 nights here with my Son and his family. Site was immaculate, Helen takes great care of her facilities and it shows.
I originally booked for 2 nights but my son asked if I could extend it to 3 at the last minute. I left a message with the campsite and got a call back same day and everything was arranged over the 'phone.
I was concerned about Covid 19 and how I was going to make it work, the spacing was perfect between the pitches, wide enough for families to spread out but still engage with other people if they felt like it. I could have used more facilities if I had wanted but decided to take my own loo and shower and it all worked a treat.
The only thing that I could say was was an issue was the noise we got every morning. I don't mind the dawn chorus from the local wildlife, that is part of camping, but we had some sort of road maintenance tractor going up and down the road clearing wood or something at 5am on Sunday! Not the fault of the campsite but I could have done with an extra hour!
Overall was VERY happy and hope to book again soon.

The site was quiet when we were there which was good for us.
We had a very warm and informative welcome from Helen, the owner, who was extremely accommodating about us walking our very old dog.
We had a very nice meal in the pub where the staff were also very welcoming.
Would definitely return and recommend.

I don’t want to give a good review because I don’t want to make this awesome spot well known.
A proper old school quiet and well kept site, dated to the point of perfection.
We will be back with our kids in the spring. Helen is so welcoming and a font of all local knowledge.
