It was our first visit to the site but it certainly won't be the last.

We received the warmest of welcomes upon our arrival at the site and we were pitched up in a sheltered area in no time. The site is immaculately kept, and despite some awful weather, the ground stayed firm throughout our stay. The toilet and shower blocks (both male and female) were spotless and warm. The toilet disposal and fresh water areas are also clean and tidy.

The site is entered through a barrier that only guests have a key for which we found reassuring.

The site is only a 10 minute drive to the centre of Great Yarmouth and just a couple of minutes from the main road that will take you in all directions. It was quiet at night and we were not disturbed at all. The site is home to a white cat who makes friends with the visitors, and she is the best mouser I have ever seen!

There is a pub quite near to the site and we had a meal in there on the night we arrived. The food was good.

Another faultless week spent at Rose Farm. Facilities were immaculate, as always. This was our forth year back to Rose Farm, and this time we pitched up on 'panorama walk' overlooking the field, which was a great location, great sunsets.

Found a nice local council swimming pool with fun sessions, which the kids loved, and had one really nice day out on a boat trip on the broads, would highly recommend it.

The site, although situated near Yarmouth, a big tourist area, is located in a small village, and is a fairly small site, which adds to its charm, and the emphasis is certainly on cleanliness and friendliness.

We will be returning in 2009 for a fifth time, and would highly recommend the site.

We have been back to Rose farm for the second time this year. Been twice a year for the last 3 years. It's very clean and well looked after always very friendly and helpful. The toilet blocks are spotlessly clean. And good size pitches. Lots of places to visit in the area. Would recommend to all .
There's a good fish & chip shop and Chinese not far away and a good pup the decoy that as about 42 desserts to pick from and lots of starters and main courses

My family and I have just returned from Rose Farm and we plan to visit again soon. The toilets and showers are excellent and the grounds are well looked after. Sue who greeted us on our arrival was very helpful and pleasant and went out of her way to contact us when my wife lost her purse.

The pub which is mentioned is very quiet and the bar staff are friendly, we didn't try the meals so can't comment there, however there are lots of restaurants and family pubs to visit. We even found one that served carvery meals for £5 and it was the best carvery we ever tasted.

We didn't like Yarmouth beach front to much, it was very much like a mini Blackpool, however the surrounding countryside, places of interest (War museums and old aircraft), Harbours and beautiful villages more than made up for that. If you travel a little you can find some very nice beaches which are ideal for the kids and are not money traps.

Overall we had a good time and the campsite we can not fault, we would highly recommend it.

We stayed at Rose Farm for 8days during the beginning of July.

When we arrived we were given a warm and friendly welcome and given a choice of pitches.

The toilet and shower blocks for both Men and ladies were of very high standard and very very clean. There were 3 free showers per block and 2 curtained cubicles for washing. There was always a good supply of both toilet rolls and hand wash soap, also a hand dryer, power points for using your hairdryer / straighteners etc. The water was always hot in the showers no matter what time you used them.

There was also two sinks which were undercover for dish washing and again constant hot water.

This was 1 of two blocks as there was also a smaller block of just the same high standard in the lower field along with the laundry block, ice blocks could be frozen in 1 of two freezers with a donation towards the local air ambulance.

Also on sight was a tv room and a pool room, helpful during wet periods.

Security was well looked after with a barrier that required a key, given on arrival for a small deposit.

This site is within easy reach of both Great Yarmouth and the broads. In the village about 10mins walk, is a very nice friendly pub that also serves good food, there is also a Tescos express and Chinese takeaway a little further up the village

The high standard and cleanliness of this site and friendliness of the owners all helped to make our holiday a most enjoyable one. We will definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.

We have just returned following a late decision to return yet again to this fantastic site. We have been to the site for the past eight years. We stayed in our family tent on the main field, only 100 metres from the little play park which kept the girls very happy (aged 10, 9 and 2). Next to the park, there is the pool room and tv room to keep the kids busy or to grab some information. On the first field where we stayed the toilet block was situated at the top, very clean and tidy and the showers were great too!

The owners are very friendly, working hard to keep their family run site running smoothly. I have not had any wrong words to say about them. In the eight years I cannot say I have felt unwelcome and cannot recall having any problems with the site. We have been situated on the first field in the tent, in our caravan and on the long field further up. The new multiple shower block was a great new addition and once again it was kept clean and tidy.

Gorleston beach is a short 3 mile drive away and there is several large supermarkets and a big retail park close by. As I say I have been eight years on the trot and I still havent done all the things I have wanted to do!

For the family I would recommend this site if you want to visit anywhere in the Great Yarmouth area. We have been to many great attractions and we have also spent some great relaxing days on site, with the kids and the outdoor games and push bikes.

We will be back next year!

Rose farm is a very attractive place to stay with very level pitches with electric hook ups,toilet/ shower blocks are very very clean and modern. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and cheerful lady who made us feel very welcome. It is the ideal place to stay if want to be close to various attractions such as fritton lake and the sea front towns of Gt Yarmouth and Lowestoft all just a short car journey away.(Buses run regular to Gt Yarmouth). The site also has a good level of security which I think is very important.

The children enjoyed the play area, tv & games room. It is a great site for all the family & is located in a nice quiet village. Would recomend to all looking for a great family break.

Another excellent review for this lovely site! Stayed here for 6 nights and being over 50 it was cheaper to book the week and go home early. Used the Wifi once to check emails and you do have to be pretty close to the office but works fine.

The local Tesco express is at the back of the estate and took us a short while to find it, we visited the local pub (like a lot of locals the decor it is suffering a bit and needs a revamp) but food & drink was ok.
