For attending a family gathering we struggled to locate an all year campsite close to Gorleston, however Rose Farm turned out to be a real find.
Close to Gorleston and Great Yarmouth (bus access to either), excellent (and warm!) facilities etc. - a very nice site.

We had a week here in July and this site will definitely go on our top ten to visit again.
A friendly and helpful welcome, plenty of room, and the lovely facilities were immaculate. On the one ocaision we did find a wash room left in a none to pleasant condition we told Sue, who cleaned it within five minutes. With Tesco's five minutes away, local walks and the lovely Gorleston beach a couple of miles awY what more could you want.

Well what can I say..............I took my family to this site upon recomendations from ukcampsite reviews. A warm welcome awaits every visitor to this campsite.
It is set in a great location not too far from all the local ammenities and services you may require for your holiday. Toilets, showers and wash areas were spotlessly clean, and hot water in plentiful supply. Washing and drying facilities also available along with iron and ironing board. This is one site we would not hesitate to revisit.

August 2005 We have now visited this site twice this year!! It's GREAT - see all previous comments.
The toilet/shower facilities are really clean and the site itself ditto - no litter anywhere. The owners are very friendly and helpful (Sue is very knowledgable about the area).
On the main field you can pitch anywhere, and on our last visit we thought we had been boxed in. That would be our only comment.
The site has a play park for younger children (i.e. not teenagers) and a games room to keep the little monkeys entertained.
Would highly recommend this site if going to the Norfolk Broads. Next year I'm sure we'll go again.

August 2005 Very well kept site. Shower blocks very clean and tidy and always having hot water available all the time - was a great help.
Suited to all age ranges- families and couples whether in tents or caravans.
Lovely play park to keep kids entertained and very friendly owner who is always there to help if needed.
We will hopefully be returning again, a bit to far for just a weekend retreat.-being 4 hours away!!!
Would recommend a visit!!!!!

June 2005 Owned by the MYRAH family - the office is mainly run by Sue...a very hard working lady, who when we arrived at the site at 11.00pm, was more concerned that we were ok. We spent 2 weeks with her. Always coming around to make sure everything was allright. A very careing family toward their guests.
The site.... what can I say.. two magnificent toilet / shower blocks. Cleaned twice a day by sues hubby. As well as the washing up area (theres two of them as well). The grass is cut on a weekly basis. Even the c/t waste dispoal point is checked for its cleanliness. There's a freezer, laundry room as well as drying facilities. Barbeques are allowed, even group participation is welcomed at this site. The nice thing is you can be on your own nice and quiet or you can join in with others for a game ,or barbie, or WHATEVER you decide is for you. Gas is available, disposable barbies as well As far as facilities are concerned there's two of everything. What to do - well you're near the Norfolk Broads, the town of Norfolk, Yarmouth beach ( 15 min drive )
Will I return to Rose Farm?...silly question.. you bet I will, would I recomend this site? I would but only if they keep a pitch for me!!! Great Park, great facilities, great owners, great holiday.

June 2005 Wonderful camp site I agree with every thing that has been said about this site. Toilets and showers A1, good loacation very close to great Yarmouth and the Broads. When we were there it was fairly empty, but the way the site is laid out there is plenty of room for every one. I even took a photo of the toilets block to show my daughters family as they are campers and might not believe me about how nice they were. Would use the site again, 9 out of 10. No site I have been to has scored so high in my eyes.

July 2005 WOW what a lovely site, it certainly lived up to its expectations. We really can not fault it. The site was very well kept, clean and tidy. The shower/toilet blocks are immaculate. The owners are very welcoming and helpful.
The site is situated in the village of Belton, which has a pub near by and a Tesco Metro which sold everything you could need. It is ideally situated for touring the local area.
We will definitely be back, and have no hesitation in reccomending it.

June 2005 We spent a pleasant weekend at this site for the Norfolk meet. The owners were very helpful. Shops and attractions are not too far away and the site was suprisingly clean, not a piece of litter anywhere. The toilets and showers are spotless as were the rest of the laundry/washing facilities. We have no hesitation in visiting this site again.

June 2005 We visited this site for the Norfolk meet. It was our first visit to the site we were impressed with high standards, toilet facilities were second to none. The site runs 16amp hook ups ,enough for your needs. Site owners Sue and Tor ar very friendly and always helpful. As said no shop on site but you dont have to walk far to them or the the local pub serving meals. Wwe will be revisiting at a later date as we were only there for three days and would like make it a longer stay
