August 2004 We don't usually rave on about toilet facilities but we agree with others - the facilities are more like little Norwegian chalets - which is no surprise as it's run by Tor, who is Norwegian, and his wife Sue and the rest of their family.
The site is perfectly clean, on a good level and well drained for tents and vans.
We were made to feel very very welcome and liked the site a lot - no shop on site but Tesco Metro is not too far away, nor the local pub and the bus stop is across the road from the entrance to take you, on a very scenic route, into Great Yarmouth.
Play park is ideal for youngsters and it's safe enough for them to ride bikes around too.
This site is on our list of 'visit agains'.
Enjoy your stay!

July 2004 Saw this site in AA book, rated 73%. We gave it a try, and were very impressed. The shower and toilet facilities are the best we have ever found and there was a good area for our dogs to exercise. A nice quiet site and very sheltered, but only a short walk into village of Belton to the pub. Tesco, Asda and Yarmouth only 5 mins drive away. The owners are friendly and helpful....enjoy

January 2004 Small peaceful site just outside Yarmouth which is open all year. The owners are very courteous and friendly.
All facilities were clean, in good working order and within easy access from all parts of the site.
This was our first visit and we would definately return.

Aug 2001 - 2003 We first visited the Myrha family in 2001. We chose the site because it had a play area for our 2 children then aged 7 and 2. We have been caravanning for a number of years but we had sold our van and invested n a trailer tent, this was our first outing.
On arrival we were greeted very warmly by the owner who was very friendly and professional in her approach. Top and tail of it was we enjoyed our holiday so much we booked next years holiday on the way out. The area as a whole is easy to navigate and there is always something to do its perfect for kids and as the site is orientated around smaller children that was a decider. If you have teenagers then my advice is forget it but younger children great ( we have met same families for 3 years which says a lot). The facilities are sufficient clean and not miles away, toilets always lit at night etc etc. We're back again this year and looking forward to it.
