Top jolly site!
We visited this site with a group of friends this weekend and had a wonderful time. We chose the site because it was close by, had (5) good reviews and allowed you to have a campfire.
What I would say is that the pics currently on this site do not do it justice (I will upload some more after I have written this) as it is much, much bigger than it looks.
The site is easy to find, very laid back, spacious, quiet and really kid friendly.
We pitched 5 tents and had loads and loads of space. Even when the camp site filled up on Saturday there was still loads of space for the children to run around.
They hire fire pits and sell logs which meant that every night we had the fire blasting and had a ball sitting around the campfire drinking and chatting.
The loo's and showers are adequate. There are only two male and two female toilets and a shower for each sex which we all found fine. For those who complain of having to queue, how about varying the time that you have a shower! Your bound to queue if, like everyone else seems to do, you go between 8am & 9am.
There is a nice shop on site selling fruit, veg and local produce and even better there is a lovely little cafe that serves a range of food.
The big seller for us were the people that ran the site. They were all really friendly, really laid back and really helpful. No marked out pitches or fun squashing rules here.
All in all a lovely little site that you can bet your bottom dollar we will be returning to soon.

This is a really lovely site. Mr Hopley is always around, looking after the grounds and facilities. I agree with the other reviews the only downside was the toilot facilities, they were always spotless and clean but there were only 2! In all the time we stayed I can honestly say they were never busy though. The Farm/deli shop was also very pleasing with lots of fresh and home made goodies. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

Back into camping after a bit of a break and found this first site to be pretty good. It has a pretty large sweeping area for tents that is a little on a slope but not badly so. We pitched right at the bottom by the trees and found ourselves a good distance from others and as such encountered very little noise - you choose where you want to go which is always a bonus in my view.
The facilities were a little small but were fine for us (family of five) as they weren't that busy when we went and pretty clean. If the site was busier that might well be a potential problem.
The play area was again smallish but occupied the children well so that says enough I guess.
The owners were friendly and helpful, and it's in a nice position just outside of Bewdley but close enough to the main road for easy access.
All in all not bad at all and if I was to go back to the area I would happily go there again rather than feel the need to try somewhere else.

We stayed at Hopleys on the May bank holiday. The site was clean and tidy with an onsite farm shop and cafe. The camping area for tents was very large. If you wanted hookup it was on a gentle slope and pitched close together. Without hookup there is plenty of space. There are only two toilets for each sex and a disabled toilet. There is only one shower for each which was free and hot! Overall an enjoyable stay but wouldn't visit again on a bank holiday. After everyone had gone home on the Monday it was very peaceful and enjoyable. Lots to do in surrounding area.

We spent one night here in our tent. We had a choice of EHU pitches in the lower field which was sloping.
Very friendly owner who could be seen working hard to keep the washing up area and toilet facilities clean.
Nice farm shop onsite selling lovely produce and a small cafe which we did not use but apparently sells breakfasts.
The toilet and shower facilities are a little disappointing. They were modern and clean but there is only 1 shower for men and 1 for women. There were queues in the morning and the site was only half full. The ladies shower was luke warm except when turned to number 10 (the last on the dial). The problem being that when the dial is turned to number 10 there is very little water pressure. I was ages in the shower trying to rinse shampoo suds from my hair. My husband reported no such problem in the mens shower, saying he had a good hot one! We also noticed that there were no washing sinks for anyone not wishing to take a shower. There were 2 tiny hand basins in the ladies toilets (2 loos) but they offered no privacy and were in a very cramped space so not suitable for a body / strip wash imo.
There were 2 washing up sinks which were clean.

This is a great site fantastic deli shop and cafe, Mr Hopley was really friendly. Toilets really clean, showers were really clean and impressive for a basic site. It is near to Bewdley and WM Safari Park. We hired a fire basket to keep us warm, it cost £20.00 deposit and £3.50 for logs. All in all a good break. The only negative thing I could say about this site is it needs more toilets.

Stayed here over a busy bank holiday. Positives: very cheap rates, kids loved the freedom and played non stop down by rope swing and bmx track. Friendly feel to the place, close to bewdley and attractions
Downsides: pitches sloped, one shower per sex, only two toilets per sex and after weekend they had a warm and moist air feel to them, at least didn't need heating in them
Overall just slightly more of these facilities would make it a very good site

We stayed at hopleys as a weekend holiday with 2 other tents. A fantastic site, the farm shop was delicious and so was the cafe. There was 2 washing up sinks and the toilets and shower were always spotless. The kids seemed to enjoy the playground, and you could hire fire buckets, but we didn't at the time. However, we were pitched on a slope, and the other tents were also pitched within a close range of ours, but this may have been something to do with us having an electrical hookup.
The only other fault with it, was there didn't seem to be enough toilets to accommodate the site, and as we stayed over bank holiday, there was 1 shower and 2 toilets for the ladies and 1 shower 2 toilets for the men. On 2 occasions the water turned freezing cold, both times whilst my hair was full of shampoo, but that's luck for you,
Overall a good site, will definitely be returning.

A Really nice and friendly site with a Deli / farm shop and cafe onsite. Small play area for the kids, which wasn't needed but look very inviting for the kids. Mr Hopley was very friendly and talked about what he was intending to do next with the site, like teepees to hire, sounds exciting. Not many toilets or showers for the amount of people staying but never seemed really busy. Very reasonably priced. We will be going back.
