Well, where to start. The good bits - Owner seems nice and staff all helpful. The pizza van they have serves great food made in a log burning pizza oven. The farm shop is extremely well stocked and top end. Although we booked late and checked the website there was no information prior to arrival about live music or booking in times.
The bad news - I have never been to a campsite and experienced this, night one power off for well over 2 hours, when we asked we were told there was a problem with the fuse.
Day 1 live music there was a marquee just in front of the pizza van, you can only eat or drink what you bought from the site. If your in the top half of the site your caravan will vibrate with the noise of at best amateur, out of tune acts and drunk customers wailing at the band's they put on. Hardly family friendly if you want your kids to get to bed any time before 10pm.
Day 2 - After the electrics were fixed the night before we only experienced 4 power outages that night! The only joy was one only lasted 15min and the others were around 30 mins.
Day 3 - This tops it tonight, the band has full on electric guitars I am sat in my van and can't even hear my tv or listen to any good music due to the din! All day there has been quite a few drunk people staggering around the site, quite loud mouthed with little regard for what their kids are up to, plenty of them dropping litter in the playground. It's funny I'd quite enjoy a power cut tonight.
My wife took a shower earlier and reported that they were in a state, the shower heads are full of limescale and there are no shower curtains. I went to the gents and there wa no toilet paper and 2 cubicles and 2 showers for the whole of the top site.
I must point out I both enjoy a drink and go out of my way to watch live music by all types of artists so this isn't written by someone who's boring by any stretch.
To sum up it's not for me, the only site both myself and wife or the two kids have decided we would not return to in 4 years of caravanning.

I have mixed views about this site. When you first drive on it looks quite untidy and not very welcoming. Having said that the owners are friendly and helpful. The lower part of the site is like driving into a different campsite. A lot of work has been done landscaping and building the new amenities block. There are also lovely views from this part of the site. As it was out of season it wasn't busy but I can imagine it being extremely busy in high season. The toilet/shower block was warm and the showers very very hot. They were not cleaned in the 2 nights that we stayed. Perhaps because the site wasn't busy. The cleaner did arrive as we left on day 3. Bewdley is about a mile downhill from the site but is a nice walk with a good uphill walk on the way back. Bewdley is small but has lots of shops, pubs, cafes etc so is worth a visit. We were. Charged a midweek rate at £17. 50 p/n with EHU which I think is reasonable.

This is a nice large site.
The facilities were excellent as long as you walked up to the main block. There were several portcabin and portaloo around the site that were showing their age, but great if your wanting the loo in the night without a walk. Our only issue was that noone told us where the main block of loo/shower were until we walked past them. There were plenty of drinking water taps too.
Onsite pizza shop was busy and live music on Saturday was good.
Play area for younger campers.
For non-electric campers the choice of pitch was wide, from lakeside under the trees to a wide area of grass.

Above all not a bad site. Arrived to meet family after a long drive from previous holiday in a lovely site in Cornwall. However the toilet facilities left a lot to be desired as the porta toilets and showers placed out in field were not very clean. However if you went to the purpose built facilities at the top of he slope it was a different matter these were spotless. The washing up facilities were good however a bin to dispose of scraps and rubbish would not go amiss. Unfortunately on our first night we hardly got any sleep as there was a very large group of campers close to us who were obviously away for a good time and kept using bad language. However this did improve the following night as the site staff had probably had a word. Were treated to a great firework display from the local club were there was obviously a weeding going on the noise from this was very loud and woke a few people up All in all not a bad site but could do with a bit of modernising as far as facilities go. Would probably return if I could be guaranteed a flat pitch as camping on a slope meant sleeping was a little difficult.

Stayed here for two nights in a 2 person small tent. Staff were friendly enough and the live music on saturday night was entertaining.
This is a busy site with lots of people, but plenty of space and really good ground to pitch. To be honest, there are not enough facilities and the toilet / shower block in the field was not particularly clean. As long as you use the purpose built facilities near the entrance then these were clean and plenty of hot water.

Visited Hopleys for the first, but not the last time, this weekend 1-night for a 'micro-break. ' From the time we initially enquired about availability and whether the site was biker-friendly (which they are), the staff couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. When we arrived we were greeted by Ange who told us we could pitch our tent pretty much anywhere we wanted and suggested the better parts of the site for a bike. We found a lovely corner in the paddock, not too far away from the loos!
Considering the site was busy, there wasn't any excessive noise or hoards of unruly kids running riot everywhere. The site is well maintained, and the facilities clean and presentable.
The on-site farm shop sells everything you could need along with with lots of locally produced fruit and veg. The cafe is excellent value for money, offering a large breakfast for £4. 80.
All-in-all, a lovely site and well worth a visit. Thank you all, and see you again very soon. :-)

Day 1 was peaceful and surrounded by the beautiful English countryside. A perfect get away for my small family. Day 2 turned into campsite from hell. Arrived from a day out in nearby stourport only to be completely surrounded by a very large group of young campers out for a loud weekend. Reving engines, loud music and plenty of shouting and booze. Great. If you're in ibiza or solely occupying an otherwise pleasant campsite.
Besides this, the facilities were, though basic, clean and adequate, views were lovely and staff on site were pleasant enough. Could do with an evening cafe, besides Wednesday night pizza, although the daytime cafe was generally good. There was also a lot of litter around the pond which could quite easily be remedied,

A large family site, Lots of facilities and play areas. There is a small corner of the site with trees and a stream that suits small tents. The site is in a valley; there's no road noise, but the views are restricted.
There was quite a bit of litter in the grass: small bits of wrapper and plastic parts that had been hit by the mower. I suspect there had been some kind of festival the week before we stayed.
Facilities were good, the loos were porta-cabins with flushing toilets. Perfectly adequate, but a bit cramped. The washing up stations and showers are scattered through the site, so there's always one nearby.

The campsite is clean & tidy & the staff greeted us friendly & were informative, telling us where things were.
Bewdley town is a short drive away, small but well equipped town on the river severn.
The pitch was large & level.
The youngest enjoyed the play park & assault course. The toilets, showers & washing up area were clean & of a good standard.
Problem we had was with other campers who played very loud music, we did inform the owner who did talk to the campers but to be honest not much was done about the level of the music. We felt that this was not acceptable & as a family we decided that we would cut our weekend break short & pack up & leave.
After packing up we visited the owner who apologized & said he would have spoken to the group again. But after the first visit when very little was done preferred to leave. We were given our nights fees & late leave next day fees with no objection. So for this we can't fault the owner but felt more could have been done to ensure all the campers were happy not just the large group who were around us on 3 sides.

We stayed at the site for one night with our two children as a rehearsal for a bigger trip in the summer. We had a very nice welcome at reception by one of the owners. The facilities there are excellent and on the Saturday night we listened to some very good live music.
There was a nice atmosphere at the site and we'll be definitely coming back.
