 Although I wasn't told this, I was allocated a pitch in an adult section of the site. This was very much appreciated.
The pitches are slightly sloping so chocks are required. For the price paid I was surprised that showers were charged too, but that said, 20p was adequate even to remove the shampoo from my shoulder length hair.
The showers are unisex but there is plenty of room for privacy. I didn't have to wait for a shower at any point.
It was a steep but pleasant walk down into Dawlish Warren.
In the other direction about 3 minutes walk away is an excellent off lead dog exercise area.

Great location, not to far away from Dawlish town center, train station and sea front.
Clean facilities and great customer service, made us feel very welcome.

Nice campsite, central for buses, trains, beach and walks.
Very friendly and helpful staff who made you feel welcome.
Clean and tidy site.
Nice too have different areas for motorhomes, tents, camperven and tents.
Looking around the site families are catered for

This was our 3rd trip to Leadstone & have booked again for later in the year,
The grounds are kept immaculate & so are the shower & toilet facilities,
The staff are very friendly & helpful.
The location is perfect to park your car up & walk or jump on the train.

Peaceful and friendly campsite with all the facilities that you need for camping.
The facilities were kept very clean and drinking water was easily accessible.
Would recommend for anyone whether camping or in a motor home.
Easy access from Dawlish to Teignmouth and Torquay.
We will come back.

Lovely site - second visit.
Smaller pitch this time and very exposed to unusually high winds.
Have to remember 20p showers, but facilities are very good.
Easy access to Dawlish and Dawlish Warren.

Brilliant friendly welcome. Shown to pitch by manager. Grass all mown and pitches looked after.
Seperate hedged fields which are on a slope. We were put round the edge of field 2 which is flat. The edge pitches all seem flat.
Showers, toilets all very clean. Difficult to gauge the dials in the showers to get hot (20p for 5 mins).
No shop as such but there are a few essentials that can be bought in reception.
Pizza truck arrives on site during the week on certain nights. Farm cafe next door does a fab breakfast and bbq nights.
10 min walk to nearest pub. 15 mins walk to Dawlish Warren
Would definitely come back.

Fantastic time
New owners doing everything they can to help you
Pitched on bottom field
Toilets and showers very clean (take 20p for shower but worth it)
Farm shop next door do bbq and shop where you can pick farm bits mushrooms all variety on site as small shop selling essentials

Only one gripe the showers/toilets could be cleaned more frequently as the floors in both areas were also wet and dirty on each use.
My husband reports similar with gents' facilities.
