A delightful area with many local attractions ie walks, the castle and train. Thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the site, being able to have a camp fire was a must.Lovely surrounding scenery but felt the facilities were sub standard. A door that closed to the ladies showers, would be welcomed, showers that you did not have to continuously press would make all the difference, a bin, rather than hanging old carrier bags off taps, in the ladies toilets and showers would greatly enhance hygiene, repairs to broken windows in shower block would, at least stop the draft. These low cost improvements would change a pleasant site into a fantastic site.
