 Nice n handy for town clean peaceful.
Can’t see anything wrong with the site
Grass was nicely cut, no rubbish blowing about
Plenty of space

Stayed here for a night in June 2023 travelling with my dad and 2 brothers from Essex doing the NC 500 lovely setting next to the river and very short walk into town
We had a motorhome and very easy directions for the alternative route Into campsite due to the low bridge
The site was very clean and very tidy - nice cut grass and pitches were very clean and smooth
One thing we had all agreed on was how amazing the pressure was in the showers (Brother actually said best shower he's ever had)
Was nice and quiet around with the sound of wildlife to keep you company
Would 100 percent recommend and stay here again

The best site ever, the location was spot on
The staff were friendly and helpful,
The facilities were fab,

This site was beautiful. The grounds were kept immaculate and there were even bunnies running around everywhere.
The warden was so helpful and gave us information about pubs etc.
The toilets and showers were very clean and the shower was so powerful! I’ve read reviews stating they need updating but please don’t let that put you off.
It’s such a wonderful site and we will definitely be back.

Great looking campsite and very friendly welcoming team.
Backs on to the scenic river perfectly.
Clean toilet block even though refurb is on its way.

What a great wee site!
The two staff who were on that day were very helpful.
Toilets were clean and tidy.
Site was nice and quiet and close to shops etc.
Plenty of space to pitch up and not near anyone.

Great site. Stopped here for one night whilst doing the NC500.
Staff were courteous and helpful as I was unsure about my electric hook up as it was our first time out in a campervan.
Toilet and shower facilities were also good!
Everyone pitched a decent space apart.
Would recommend.

Great that this campsite is being ran by the community.
The staff/volunteers were friendly and helpful. As they explain, they will refurb the toilet & shower block soon but they are fine currently.

Great communication before and during visit, the welcome was fantastic like the site.

Excellent location in centre of Wick. Friendly staff.
Dated shower block needs updating and enlarging for when site is busy (which I believe is happening soon).
