We just got back from there after a 3 night stay. Must say would not go there again, as we have 3 children we picked this site as they had a pool and a bar with snooker table for my oldest and me to play.

So when we booked we asked the questions about everything being open and got told yes but when going to use the pool it was closed and we got told it wouldn't be open as they had no chemicals for it, and the bar will not open either.

So when we complained about it they didn't want to know. Until I asked for refund then 10mins later pool opened, which was filthy, but the bar wouldn't be all week, as they where short staffed

So if you have children I would not recommend it

Visited this site as first time campers. We wanted somewhere not too far from home to practice pitching our new tent. Therefore we stayed only one night.

The site is well kept with flat, dry pitches backed by a hedge. Clean showers/toilets and a nice indoor washing-up room. Although we didn't use the pool, others reported that it was warm enough. The pitches were fairly close together and the camp site was full.

However, despite being next to quite a large group of people in a caravan, the noise was kept down.

Good to have a bar on site for a nightcap although we also enjoyed a visit to a nice little pub called The Red Lion (only 3 miles down the road in Islip, but not walking distance due to busy road and no footpath).

Close enough for a day trip to Oxford but with a pleasant rural setting. We enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked a little longer.

Just spent a very pleasant bank holiday weekend here. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The facilities were second to none. Showers/toilets were modern and clean. The site was full but pitches were large enough for our large motorhome with the awning up but still felt private enough.

Large playing field out the back was good for the kids to run round and burn off some energy.

Beautiful to be woken up by the lambs in the field next door-beats the alarm clock any day!

We spent 5 nights at this lovely site and would recommend it to anybody. The staff were warm and friendly and were always on hand if needed.

The facilities were beautiful and spotlessly clean with piped background music. The pitches were large with ample room to erect an awning and park the car.

They had a hedge each side giving complete privacy. There were plenty of areas to walk and with Bicester not far away made the site very accessible.

With out doubt we will return and a big thank you to all the staff for making our stay memorable.

We were booked on this site by some friends who had been before.

Good points

Friendly wardens, swimming pool (if you want one, we didn't use it).

Good facilities, though stretched over the Bank holiday and could have done with a step to keep the water in the shower and stop it flooding out all over the floor.

Pub (if you want one,) we didn't go in we prefer real ales and opted for the Blacks Head up the road which also serve very good meals and is dog friendly. It is not walkable though because of the very busy road.

Bad points

Some very tight pitches, if you are not confident pitching up ask for a bigger pitch when booking. Seemed a bit strange, there were large empty pitches for a couple of nights, then they were let to very small camper vans we and our friends were on small pitches which we couldn't fit the car on. They knew on booking how big our vans were.

Tall weeds and unmown grass around our pitch, we thought let the site down a little.

The road noise, horrendous at times it was liked being parked in a layby. If you are a light sleeper ask for a pitch as far away as possible.

No where to walk from the site again because of the busy road. You can walk the dog along the bridal path next door but it was very scruffy and got filthy when it rained. This is not the fault of the site though.

I really wanted to like this site and though popular with many people but I guess it's just not the sort of site I would choose again.

Hi all just had a very relaxing weekend stay at Diamond Farm Caravan and Camping Park. The park is situated just north of Oxford and is minutes from junc 9 M40. The warden are both polite and helpful, a small stocked shop also acts as reception. The site is clean and well maintained to a high standard. The toilet block is also of a very high standard (even surpassing some cc Sites) facilities include enclosed washup and chemical disposal.

There is a kids play park and open area for ball games etc, and an open air swimming pool in summer months.

The pitches are a little tight difficult to put car and caravan and awning on same hardstanding, but there is a car park. Surrounding area villages are just as nice, however some shops in nearby villages have gone out of business.

The only down side I found was the weekend was rather wet and the make up of the road around the site is clay, with stones on hardstanding pitches creating a rather 'nice' semi mud like state, awning carpet now brown instead of grey.

All in all a nice site and would certainly revisit in summer months.

Our first visit here, and we came for New Year with 2 other couples also in motorhomes. Initially we were told that we might be parked on the road by the grass pitches as the site was full, and nearer the time we were told that they may not open due to the bad weather. However, happily they did open and due to cancellations, we all had pitches in a nice corner of the site. The owners were delightful! extremely helpful and very pleasant. We booked their New Years eve buffet and were not disappointed. The food was fabulous! And the raffle prizes were second to none! My husband was delighted with his swiss army knife! The facilities were excellent and the nearby villages were lovely. Only issue was no local shop open, but that was mainly due to time of year, and we had plenty of supplies! A brilliant site which we look forward to visiting again!

We spent a few days at this site, the site is clean and facilities are clean. Swimming pool was enjoyed by all as it was hot. The site is not big as stated but we did feel they try and cram as many tents in as possible a bit more space would have been nice. Also there was a glut of wasps which made trying to eat very unpleasant was told the council are coming in.But think its ongoing. Also there was a mix up on bookings.

Another lovely week at this site. However have noticed that the price has crept up rather a lot. £4 a night per child I think is a little too high. I believe the price should be per unit and not add all the extras on. No complaints about the site, we love it. Showers and toilets always clean, bar good and shop good. Only gripe is pitch price with children. I know there is a pool on site, but others have one and are much cheaper. However, keep up the good work, lovely site and had a lovely holiday.

Visited site for one night on way to south coast.Site easy to find from junction 9 on motorway

Made very welcome at reception and found pitch to be ample sized, toilet and showers nice and clean.

Shop has all the basics, swimming pool looked nice but did not try also lounge bar was closed seemingly only opens at weekend.Site is adjacent to a busy road but very little noise.

Nice dog walk area adjacent if a little overgrown.
