We had a very pleasant stay here with my brother's family.
The campsite was well organised and our pitches were adjacent to one another as requested. Pitches were flat, well marked out and a reasonable size. We heard little traffic and spent two fairly quiet nights here.
The toilet and shower facilities were good and clean, and although the campsite was virtually full there was little queuing other than in the late afternoon when all the kids had been in the pool.
The pool was popular with the kids, but at only 23C they didn't stay in very long.
The dish washing facilities were very good. We didn't use the bar at all, but the shop was sensibly stocked, and the kids loved the penny sweets. They didn't really use the playground, but there is a reasonable field for ball games.
We visited Blenheim Palace and Oxford on the park & ride. Both good days out.

Just had a great weekend here what a cracking little site,. Was mostly hard standing with a big grass bit in the middle for tents
Showers were clean and hot although the end shower did flood the floor a bit, soon had that sorted though. Pool was a hit with the kids. Never used bar.
Thought Oxford was well worth the visit, like others have said 10 mins to park and ride and nearest supermarket. Will use the site again

This is a lovely campsite. Being on the small side made it feel more homely.
The toilets were spotless and also had a vase of fresh cut daffodils in! Nice touch.
The washing up area, again is spotless.
There are plenty of blocks around the site, if you have a disposable BBQ, also large lumps of wood to level up your trailer!
There was plenty of electrical hook up which also had a night light.
The site is easy to find and well sign posted too!
There is a small well stocked shop, complete with jars of penny sweets - which all kids love!
This site has a very large bar area, complete with a full size snooker table and darts.
Its decorated tastefully and again spotless!
The only down side I have about this campsite was the bar prices. £2.50 for a can of larger / cider is way over-priced in my opinion. I would have gladly spent both evenings in the bar during our visit had the prices been more realistic.
There is a pub about 1 mile up the road and it was cheaper to buy a pint there!

Lovely site, clean tidy and well maintained, I loved the hedges separating some of the pitches. The pitches were of a fair size. Shower and toilet block are kept to a very high standard and are nice and warm.
The site is near a road which can be quite noisy at times. A well stocked shop (a little expensive) a nice pool, (although we didn't use it).
My only big gripe were the bar prices, as this park is out of the way from any other pubs / restaurants the owner is obviously making the most of it: only canned / bottled beer (not a problem) but £2.50 per can (all beer) we felt very extreme also £1.00 for a peperanni (large one) from the bar. We got in the car and went to the nearest shop and brought ours back to the tent.
This site is OK providing you don't want to sit in a nice clean warm bar, with a large screen telly and have a couple of beers before bedtime without feeling you have been ripped of!

Pleasant small site with clean warm toilet block with hot free showers. Owners were very friendly. There is a shop though we didn't need anything so don't know what they stocked. Hedges between most of the pitches which were a little on the small side but no complaints. You can hear the traffic all the time but again no complaints. Park and Ride to Oxford is only 10 minutes away by car, £2 each, car parking free. Would come back again but not in high season when it might get a little claustrophobic. Ideal for what we wanted though.

We have just returned from a relaxing and enjoyable holiday at Diamond farm. The site is nice and small and staff are very friendly. For a small site it has excellent facilities; outdoor pool, bar, games room, play area, laundry/ washing up room and shop. The bar was not at all noisy and had a TV for the football fanatics! The bar food was excellent and great value, they even did take aways.
The toilets were spotlessly clean during our stay and we never had to queue for the shower despite the site being full.
The pitches were a mixture of grass and hardstanding although were a little on the small side.
The bridleway to the side of the site was the only safe place to walk the dog and was a little overgrown. However it was a nice walk into Kidlington where there were plenty of shops although the site shop does stocks lots of items. The roads around the site were busy and had no pavements but we weren't bothered by car noise.
There is a park and ride 10 minutes from the site and cost us just £4 for 2 adults, 2 children and a dog to go into Oxford!
A lovely site with plenty to do.

Stayed for 10 days our 2nd visit to this site.
Pool was a big hit with the grandchildren even if the weather / temperature was a bit chilly! Staff nearly always about and very helpful.
Unfortunately the bar wasn't open every night would have loved Sunday dinner without washing up.
Shower facilities were very good, only downside was that the water didn't fall to the drain so the whole floor got wet outside the cubicle down to the entrance door.
The only downside to our stay is that parents seem to think that they leave responsibility for their offspring at home. Toilets being used as a play area, one WC in gents had seat ripped off, Vomit in sinks in washing up area.
Well signposted from M40 access good. Would stay again especially as its so close to many places to visit.

Stayed here for a long weekend break with a group of 4 other campers/caravanners. Very conveniently only 5 mins off the A34/10mins from junction 9 M40, but wasn't aware of any motorway noise.
Friendly site and wardens. One of our group was leant a laptop by the warden as he was trying to contact a member of the family by internet and not succeeding (there is free wi-fi). Lovely little shop with basics and a bar on site serving food. We didn't use the latter.
Clean modern wash blocks. Good number of sinks for washing up, only had to wait once.
Outdoor 'heated' swimming pool. Not quite sure 'to what' or 'by what' it was heated, but it was truly freezing! Having said that, the mass of children in our group could not get enough of the pool. Play area and communal BBQ area was good.
As we live just down the road, it is hard to comment objectively on the area. The road on which it is situated is used as a rat run, so it is not one I would want to walk or cycle along really. But if you want a site near to Oxford/Bicester Village (retail outlet)and are happy to hop in a car, or are meeting with friends and not planning to leave site, then this is prob the site for you. Lovely little villages and pubs around and a driving range (golf) just a few mins down the road.

We stayed here in the busiest time of year although the sign said 'site full tonight' every night there were empty pitches which was a bit strange. First the downs - the B road next to the sight is extremely busy the biggest gap in traffic during the day was about 10 seconds. We were not next to the road by any means and there is a conifer hedge but our caravan still shook when fast car/lorries went past. One lady opp. Us was having to leave as the noise was driving her mad. The pool was freezing even with wetsuits on my children were too cold and could only stay in for a short time - the same children that were in the Cornish sea all day at Easter. The Manager did say the pool temp depended on the weather but even at the hottest it is only 24 degrees. The dog walk-more of a dog stand. The path is un-walkable even with boots as it is a bridle way and full of holes that you can't see through the grass. There was no where else to walk and the road is very busy with no pavement. The pitches are small we had to leave our car in the car park as there was no room on our pitch and when we sat outside we had to sit in the road as the caravan and awning used all the space. The caravans behind us and on one side were not 6m away but there was a hedge between. The showers were way to hot for me and I had to use our own. The children are blamed when the hot water runs out - they get out of the pool and warm up in the shower- but a personally I don't think this is true as most days there were only 4 -5 people in there.
The good bits - Excellent and friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. Clean facilities, pool cleaned every day before 10am. Shop had everything you could need and more. Blocks and B B Q stands dotted around the site for people to use. The 10.30pm noise rule is used correctly thankfully as the site is a bit noisy in the day. The meal prices are extremely cheap £3.50. I never ate there so I can't review the food. The children enjoyed the park and there was open space for cricket and football although the odd stray ball did hit a tent which is next to the play area. £23 a night very good value for a summer site with pool.
