What a superb little campsite! We were shown to our good sized level pitch on arrival and helped park. We spent a long weekend and although the site was almost fully booked, it didn't feel over crowded due to the thoughtful layout! The site has a small shop, bar, games room and childrens play area which were all fine but for us the jewel in their crown was the swimming pool. We haven't found another site this cosy that has a pool and we made good use of it. The toilets and showers were immaculate and probably the best we have seen anywhere! We visited Bicester and Oxford which were both close by and Legoland took us about an hour to get to! (50 miles) We enjoyed our stay at Diamond farm and will be returning next year!

Just spent last weekend (2nts) at Diamond Farm Caravan & Camping Park. It was smaller than I was expecting, but a nice little site with hard-standing and grass pitches, with some privacy. When booking just check that your unit (tent or caravan) with fit! we had pitch no. 5, hard-standing and we reversed in with A frame to the road we only just fitted in and our caravan is not that big (22ft long). The site has excellent views of the Cotswold countryside from pitch 1 - 6 straight across open fields. However pitch 2 and 3 have an pylon not sure if it is electric! best check. It is only minutes from the A34 so it is very good for visiting the local area. The children 's play park could do with up dating only one swing & one baby swing and and a small wooden climbing frame, there is a large grassed area for ball games etc. The site does have a nice free outdoor swimming pool and despite the rain we did use it both days get deep very quickly, but my daughter enjoyed it! The facilities were excellent, plenty of hot water there is only three showers never had to wait maybe when full could prove a problem. There is a family bathroom with toys! which we used everyday after swimming to warm up! there is a small charge for adults to use it! key is available from reception. Never saw the wardens just a lady in reception with a very large dog! they don't sell papers just basic provisions, there is a large Tesco in Bicester next-door to the Bicester Village outlet shopping centre. Back on site there is a small bar area with a full size snooker table, never used it as we have two small children, there is a small games room next door for the children open all day two pool tables and few amusements games on the back wall. We will be returning very soon hopefully in better weather to enjoy the swimming pool. No barrier system just a wooden gate which is open from 5.30am and closes at 10.30pm, would like to see better security.

Our first visit to this site. We were in for a shock. A superb site, excellent layout, beautifully kept and maintained. Staff and owners couldn't be more friendly if they tried. The ambience on the site was second to none, very rare these days. Excellent size pitches, facilities were brilliant, toilets and showers were stunning and very clean. Swimming pool was excellent, even though the weather was not the best, the kids managed to use it twice in one day. Bar and games room lovely and made the site that bit better. Have booked to return, all in all an excellent site and would recommend to everybody.

Really enjoyed a recent stay at this campsite which proved to be very peaceful. We had a very large pitch in the main tent field. Other pitches throughout the site were reasonably sized and most were divided by hedges around the boundary and sheltered by trees. The site has a lovely outdoor heated pool and the children had lots of fun in their as we were lucky enough to have stayed during a very warm weekend. Even I ventured into the pool and I have to say it was far warmer than I imagined. The play area was basic but there was a field by this for children to entertain themselves and ours had great fun - being a small compact site we didn't have to worry that they would get lost. Toilet and shower facilities were good and spotlessly clean. There is also a small bar with full size snooker table and the kids enjoyed the adjacent games room. The canal is lovely to walk along and there are some decent bubs to stop at. Apparently there is a local chinese and indian takeaway who will deliver to your pitch however we can't comment on these as we didn't use them. We have already booked for another weekend and would advise early booking to avoid disappointment.

This site is fantastic. The grounds are extremely well kept. The toilet & shower facilities are second to none, always warm no matter what the weather. The bar is very homely and welcoming and Helen is lovely . Jack & Chris the Wardens are more than helpful and very knowledgeable where camping and caravans are concerned. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Easter so much we went back again the next week, and the next week, can't wait for the pool to be open again in the summer. Simply put it's a home from home.

What a great site this was ! Small onsite shop, bar and games room in high season, childrens play area and dog walking area. And, the biggest bonus, a full size heated outdoor swimming pool ! Just a few miles from Oxford, make the booking and just chill out ! Plus, a great toilet block and showers area.

We loved this site! The owners were really friendly, every time we entered the site shop we were greeted with a smile. Not just us but our teenager too, which is a real breath of fresh air this day and age. We weren't to far away from the toilet block so the distance to walk wasn't a problem for us, but I can appreciate others comments. Those showers however were pure heaven, spacious and hot. The toilet block was also spotlessly clean. The kids enjoyed the massive space available to run and play and loved the barn area. I think the overall positive thing for us is that we felt relaxed here. No excessive, unnecessary rules so we were free to enjoy our time on site. Would we return? You bet, just as soon as we get the chance.

I am completely new to all this and have recently bought a camper van. Being a single female I was a little apprehensive about going off on my own to say the least! I thought I would search for a site quite close to me and just check it out to my complete amazement I found a site called Diamond Farm and I'm hooked! The campsite wardens Graham & Stephanie were absolutely lovely to me made me feel completely at home. Graham took the time to help me with my kitchen unit on my first visit and calmly explained and talked me through some problems I was having (since been fixed) he stayed with me for ages and really put me at ease. I didn't have any hesitation at all to go off on my own again back to the park and this time ventured into the bar in the evening. Again with much trepidation! but.again Stephanie & Graham immediately put me at ease they were very kind and really helped me to integrate. I couldn't have done all this without such lovely people Graham & Stephanie! The facilities were absolutely beautifully clean and there is a little shop and a really nice swimming pool. Its ideal for me on my own and I would recommend it to anyone! There were families, single parents and singletons like me and it was just very very pleasant. Its like a home from home for me now and that's all thanks to Graham & Stephanie! I just wanna say a big big thank you xxxxx

Visited the site the week before bank holiday and it showed how hard it can be organising a campsite at this busy time.We booked in as three separate units (trailer tent, frame tent and caravan with awning,)unfortunately the caravan got to the site first and for some unknown reason was put on the grass pitch at the insistance of the warden. This left the trailer tent to try and pitch on half hard standing and half soft grass pitch. After much swopping of tentpegs to accommodate the different surfaces we eventually pitched tents and awnings.(In fairness the warden went out of his way to source some longer pegs of his own to help)After settling down with a much needed brew we then had a walk round the site and realised how compact it was.Toilets were clean and facilities were in good working order.I was suprised how litle used the pub/bar/games room was,but other than that It was a good base to visit Oxford and the surrounding area,I just wish the weather had been more kind to us!

Just returned from spending a very relaxed 4 days at this camp site. We were on the tent field which was kept very clean and tidy, and had a perfect pitch in the corner for our large vango diablo 600. The shower and toilet blocks were kept clean, and there was plenty of hot water for a shower whatever time of day you went. The wardens were very helpful, and the young lady in the shop was especially friendly- even lent me a jug to make up some pimms! The pool area was again lovely and clean and we all enjoyed having fun splashing around- water cold initially but you soon got used to it. All in all a site I would definitely return to.
