Been going to this site for 4 years at least once a year this year we went in May and are going again in August. Helen who is site manager is very very friendly and helpful. Bar is a bonus for my husband and swimming pool is a bonus for me. Showers and toilets are kept very clean and lots of hot water all the time. Inside washing up area is great. Dogs are welcome and there is great dog walk. There is a park for the kids and ball game area. I well recommend a visit to this site.

Site was pleasant, pool a bit cold due to the wind - could do with a better wind break on top of the wall. Shop has minimum to get buy. Toilets kept clean, we stayed in caravan section which was better as each pitch is split by hedges. The tent field looked a bit chaotic. Overall OK

We stayed for a very hot weekend. Nice little site. Helpful owners/staff. Nice (deep) pool. Hot showers and good hairdryers (both free). Floor tends not to slope much towards drain so the area you get dressed in does flood! Toilets and showers fairly clean. Good washing up facilities. Did not take children up to the play area as not up to much. Nice site with plenty of trees and hedges. Recommend.

Really Enjoyed our stay here. We booked for the week and ended up staying 1 extra night. Awful weather on arrival but beautiful by the end of the week. Pool was great but a little cold for our kids (they wanted out after 15 mins). Good games room, nice bar with full size snooker, but check if bar is open midweek (may not be if site is quiet). Facilities clean, but the basin taps were the annoying type that run for 1 second unless you hold them down. Small play area with swings was ok but bordered with nettles, our little girl was stung. Pitch with EHU was private with hedges, which was great, but our tent only just fitted (a fairly large Vango Diablo 600). Pitches vary in size so check what's best for you. Although I had no problems with the owners or warden, I think the owners could have been a little more pleasant, and the warden a little less sarcastic. Overall a Great site, with only a few very minor faults (we are quite fussy). We will visit again.

Just had a lovely May 13th weekend at Diamond Farm. The site was reasonably quiet and we really had as much room as we wanted (we have a Outwell Hartford XL 3 dome tent). We were on the main site with electric hookup, although we did notice the additional/overspill field which also had hookups around the outside. The toilet block was in excellent condition and not busy. We noticed it had an additional area which is obviously opened when the site is busy. Showers were 20p for 5 minutes. The site has a small cafe come shop which seemed to supply most things you needed. Brean also has a nice post office store which was only 5 minutes down the road. Brean itself is lovely with plenty of pubs and entertainment for all ages. We made it to the Seagull club (Opposite Northam Farm) for around 7:00pm and just managed to get the last seats. It gets very full and its no surprise with children and adult entertainment for free. There seemed to be as many local people there as holiday makers. The Seagull also do a "Seagull Bitter" at £1 a pint. It's not very strong but tasted fine. For those who have forgotten something there is a caravan/camping equipment shop (turn right towards Brean Down). All in all had a great time and no doubt will be heading back shortly although having driven around the Warren Sands site this did look appealing.

The name says it all 'Diamond Farm'. This is truly a little gem of a site. When we arrived the site warden and his wife made us very welcome and he walked us to our pitch, helped us on to it and left us to set up. Once we settled in the kids went on their way to the play area which was kept very neat and tidy as was the whole of the site and the toilets. Well if it's good enough for the wife then it's gonna be good enough for the queen, (and you think I'm joking).
Any way in the evening we went to the bar and had a few drinks whilst watching the kids in the adjoining games room ( I think that was a great idea because we can flit from the bar to the games room just to check on them or even try to beat them at pool.) we had a look at the swimming pool which is open during the summer and it looked very inviting.
All in all this was a fantastic site and can only recommend it and it's staff. It's hard to sum it up but it's just one of those sites that you come across and think it's just fantastic which is what this is.

Visited the site twice in 2005. Have to say we loved it both times. Had no problems with the wardens or owners, always had time for a chat. Facilities were excellent, never had to wait to use the toilet or shower.
The pool is a bonus, especially as it it free. When I used it first thing in the morning I had it all to myself for the week. It is unsupervised and has a very deep end.
If you get lazy and can't be bothered to cook, get a take away leaflet from reception, both the Indian and Chinese will deliver from Kidlington, even when the bar is about to shut.
Will be definitely visiting again in 2006

Just got back from a weekend Rally that we held there. We were only a small group only 5 vans . Although wardens were helpful in some ways they were also quite rude and abrupt in other ways. Warden nearly blew a fuse coz our dog barked slightly too much. They certainly keep the site clean and tidy and the showers were lovely and hot. Swimming nice and warm but beware it is very deep.

This was our first attempt at camping and after reading the reviews on here about this site we decided to give it a try. It was fantastic! The showers were spotless and hot. There are only 3 male and 3 female but as the site is small, we never had to wait. There is also a family bathroom which would be very handy if you had younger children or a baby. There was a small fee for this, I dont know how much though as we didnt need to use it.
The toilets were spotless too and the site was well lit at night without being too bright through the tent. We booked for 2 nights but stayed for 4, the kids loved it!
The pool was great, we had it all to ourselves sometimes. The site is very safe, the kids could have their freedom without us having to worry. The site has a policy of no noise after 10.30pm but we didnt hear anything much after 9.15pm which was great. The people in the shop and the wardens very helpful. The indoor washing up facilities were a bonus. There are also 2 washers and a dryer. You can even borrow an iron if you want too! We will certainly be using our tent lots next year and have already planned another trip to this great site.

August 2005 What a wonderful site! A true hidden gem! We spent a week at this site & loved it. The swimming pool was a real bonus.. we couldn't get the kids out! The site is kept immaculate and all facilities the same. The warden & the lady in the shop were very helpful. Our tent is quite large, but we had no problem with our pitch at all. The site is small, but has everything you need including free showers and because its a small site there was no queueing, even when we visited at this peak time. We are so impressed we have already booked for next year! Keep up the good work!
