Lovely, well kept site. The facilities were very practical and exceptionally clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the check-in process was very smooth and easy.
The site is 2. 5 miles from Shrewsbury town centre. We cycled in which was very straightforward although the road was quite busy and I wouldn't advise cycling with small children on it.
However, the site is also next to the Park and Ride so getting into town by bus is also easy.
I would highly recommend this site.

We found the check-in process very easy and informative, the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us settle into the campsite, and directed us to their favourite places to eat and drink.
It had a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and overall friendly feel from both staff and other residents of the site.
Cleaning was of exceptional standards and had all the facilities to accommodate a comfortable stay.
The pond was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out watching the rabbits, ducks and squirrels.
I would recommend this site to everyone as it has facilities and activities to fit any type of stay, and has a brilliant bus service from the campsite into town.

Absolutely loved our stay at Oxon Park, it is definitely one of the best sites we have stayed at.
The lady at the reception makes you feel very welcome.
The site is set out really well with beautiful grounds all immaculately looked after. The pitches are well spaced apart and it was very quiet.
The toilets and showers were spotless, that makes such a difference when staying at sites.
There is a park and ride just outside the entrance so it was so easy to get on a bus and go into Shrewsbury with its lovely shops and restaurants.
There is a large Coop shop within walking distance as well as a fish and Chip shop and Chinese takeaway.

Nice site. Very handy location for Shrewsbury with some good shops, including an excellent Coop a very short walk away.
Pitches are average in size. They look large to begin with but as the site fills up, you realise they aren't that large. There is also very little in the way of hedging / trees etc between pitches, although there are some used to break up the different parks of the site. So not a lot of privacy per pitch.
There is an adults only section and we never saw any children in it. However there are also signs on site saying "no scooters / no bikes" and we did see a few children on scooters / bikes. Sadly, as usual, parks state rules then fail to enforce them, which means they may as well not have them, as people will do what they like.
Toilets are clean and tidy although we didn't use the showers.
The on site shop is excellent. It has a reasonable selection of food, and also camping spares. Very helpful.
Wardens were all friendly.
Only other point worth noting is that we did notice many of the fully serviced pitches had water points situated between pitches (i. E. 1 between 2). Even if your pitch was on the correct side of this, some of them looked to be a stretch for some water connection hoses. I'd be surprised if a standard 7. 5m / 10m hose would reach if your pitch was on the wrong side of the water point.
Overall nice site and would definitely return, but would choose our pitch much more carefully next time.

Brilliant site, location, facilities and pitches.
The welcome from Tracy was great, really made to feel welcome and explained the facilities and local area.
We have been touring for just over one year and always stay on 5 star sites, we have stayed at 6 sites so far this year and Oxton Hall is by far the best!
We will certainly be returning and using the other Morris sites without doubt.

Lovely quite site, facilities nice and clean,
Local shops, takeaways, park & rides and pub all within walking distance,
Pitch was nice and big first of all, but did feel that it was getting a bit cramped squeezing in as many as possible

What a wonderful, clean and tidy site with spotless facilities.
Nice big pitches and well kept grounds.
Lovely and peaceful.
Next door is the park and ride into Shrewsbury at only £2 return and runs every 20 mins.
This is definitely a site we will revisit and Shrewsbury is a town with so much to see.

Love this site and on the off chance on our way back from Barmouth we called to check availability and they had one hard standing pitch available for one night which was perfect.
Few little handy shops just outside of the site and super park and ride into Shrewsbury few minutes walk away.
Lovely instant hot showers (no pressing buttons) and washing up area inside nice and warm, didn’t get chance use washing machines etc as not there long enough!
Definitely not the only time we will stay in 2024 as love Shrewsbury ❤️
Site very pretty and very well kept 👍🏼

We love this site, brilliant location and lovely pitches. The site is very clean and tidy, its set up really well.
The pitches are large and have a good distance between each one.
A small walk takes you to a park and ride, into Shrewsbury every 20 minutes.
Also a lovely pub nearby and great takeaways and shop.
