Have just come back from a 4 night stay on this immaculate campsite.
We were going to a wedding at the Woolacombe Bay Hotel but as the weather was forecast to be sunny opted for £22/ night as opposed to £300+ a night!
Staff welcoming and informative. Site stunning, the bathrooms are 5*****. People laughed at having to get ready for wedding on campsite but bathrooms bigger and more luxurious than any other campsite that we have stayed on. My only issue was our pitch.
When I booked we were told that we could have a sea view for a little extra. However there is a big bank / windbreak which when in a campervan isn't an issue.
Everyone seemed to be put in the same area. Our fault as on arrival we could have requested quiet secluded pitch. On occasions it was like Battersea dogs home!
Its a nice walk down to Woolacombe along Sandy Lane. Good luck walking back.

What can I say that has not been said already! Fantastic site in my opinion, friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities which were clean and warm.
We were here for 5 nights and could slowly see the site fillling due to the Easter weekend but not once did we have to wait for showers and we were told that nearly all pitches were full. Pitches were of a good size and you did not feel on top of each other.
Excellent bus service from directly outside of site entrance with a good frequency of service.
For those who enjoy fishing the lake has a good variety of fish which we enjoyed as did other campers young and old.
Highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Warcombe Farm from the warm greeting at reception to the nice chap who showed us to our pitch (number 231 fab pitch will def come back). Lovely clean facilities and such a quiet, peaceful site.
A superb on site dog walk across their own carefully manicured field. This also goes onto right of ways which lead you to the Coastal Path. Honestly cant fault anything about the site. Oh and bang on 10am peace and quiet (which is sometimes lacking on other sites) so we could only hear the odd Tawny Owl hooting or the flutter of bat wings-magical!
Only downside is we left Warcombe to go to South Lychett Manor which is supposedly the best site in UK 2017 and 2018. Cant see why. Awful site. Been at Lychett half hour and thinking of moving on. Just wish we had cancelled our onward trip to Lychett and remained at Warcombe which for our family is a much superior site.
Thank you Warcombe Farm Campsite and all staff for giving us such a wonderful stay. Hope to see you all again soon.

Excellent site. Pitches to suit all. We had a lakeside hard standing deluxe fully serviced pitch and it was brilliant.
It was level and large enough with picnic table. We were just out of the Easter rush and it was so peaceful. Mortehoe has a chippy which was good. The site shop has a reasonable stock.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will certainly return. We didn't take our dogs this time but there is a great dog walk area with coastal views.
Very please with our choice. The only 9 out of 10 was for location as the 1/2 mile road from main road to site was a little narrow in places. Site facilities were more than adequate for adults who want a chilled time.

Just back from a weekend and our first visit to this site.
Good shower/toilet block, spotlessly clean, plenty of showers and toilets water hot but could have done with a bit more pressure.
Good park for the children, Fishing lake for Dad and reasonable cost wifi with fairly good coverage.
There is a takeaway on site, we never used but looked sensibly priced.
Will definitely return!
We were on a grass pitch and it was fine not all mud as mentioned on a previous review, unfortunately you can't blame the site for the weather.

The only thing I have the slightest moan about is the Hardstanding Fully Serviced Pitches next to the lake. You really do need
'Rock Pegs', It took me nearly 45 mins just to peg the awning out, xt timeThe Shower/Toilet blocks were kept spotless as was the rest of the site and a really good Dog walk towards the back of the site.
Friendly Staff at Reception but the shop on site really is a let down with just about bare essentials to get you through a night.
Lidl in Illfracombe & Tesco just outside Illfracombe both approx 4 miles from site.
Views from Morthoe to Woolacombe are stunning as is Lee Bay, however if travelling by car to Lee Bay be very careful as is is steep and very narrow and undoubtly you will meet something coming the opposite way.
Will definitely be returning but will be hardstanding with grass time.

This was our third trip to Warcombe Farm, but our first on a grass pitch. Unfortunately, the pitch was mostly mud, especially where our awning and caravan were sited, which was a disappointment. I would just like to remind people, when booking a pitch this time of year, to ask about the the actual pitch they are going on.
I realise that in September we are not expecting first class pitches, but I do feel when booking, Warcombe Farm ( and any other caravan parks) should tell you the state of the pitch you will be staying on.
The staff here are excellent and very friendly, and the area is beautiful especially if the sun shines.
The facilities, as usual were excellent.

Just returned from a weeks stay here,
The site and facilities were spotless. We stayed at the bottom of the site on a very spacious pitch overlooking the fields and sea.
Most pitches further down the site are separated by borders of small shrubs, or are in wooden glades
Which gave a private feel to it.
The dog walk is the best we have every come across 14 acres of young woodland with mown paths, and picnic tables.
Hot food and cream teas available on 5 days a week. We had the vegetable curry one night and it was good.
The play area looked good, although not many children about whilst we were there not being the school
Holidays. Large fishing lake.
Lovely footpaths to Mortehoe and Lee from the site.

We want to say a huge thank you to Mike, George and Judith who were all so helpful in our stay at Warcombe Farm. The site itself was immaculate, fantastic toilet block and showers.
A very warm and helpful welcome - even though we arrived outside of office hours. Both Mike and George were tremendously helpful with assisting us with a bit of necessary maintenance!
This is really a great site for anyone touring North Devon!

We love this site! This was our 4th stay at Warcombe Farm and we will be going back.
Firstly the staff are so helpful and seem to work tirelessly to keep the site clean. The showers are always hot which is such a bonus when the weather is chilly. We always take a pitch down by the field as the pitches down there have trees around them and it feels cosy. Its away from the park, our boys are older so can take themselves up there, so quieter.
The field for dog walking is by far the pettiest we have seen with great views of the sea. There is a lovely walk leading down to Lee Bay which is well worth doing and not too taxing even for little ones (apart from the steep walk back but there's no rush when in Devon!).
Friends joined us for a weekend but they opted for a pitch near the top of the site by the play park as they have little ones. Although it was busier and noisier from kids playing the atmosphere is still nice and the noise soon stops when the park closes.
This year was a little on the wet side to say the least but well managed site and always a pleasure.
