It was the best site we have ever stopped at and we have been caravaning for over 30 years. We came away and both said there was nothing we would have changed.

It was quiet and to have your own bays with your own water and electric was great.

The whole site is set up just to make your stay enjoyable. The club house is wonderful and the prices where not expensive at all.

The shop is the same they cover most of what you need and isnt expensive either.

We don't fish and have always shyed away from fishing sites but the people fishing were great. If you have a dog its great with dogs allowed even in the club house and there are dog showers if you need them.

We were only there for a couple of days but met some very nice people and be assured that we will be back very very soon.

Great site with on site bar an restaurant. There was a quiz night and music in the evenings we were there.

Nice walk into Melton Mowbray and a farm shop, lovely walks around the on site fishing lakes.

Pitches were nice and private. Showers and WCs are generally unisex and but spotless.

We stayed on the north site, but the south site looked equally as good although slightly further from the bar.

Couldn't fault the site, will come back again. Even better if the weather is good.

Lots of people had dogs, but it didn't affect anything as well set up to cater for them, so dog owner popular of course.

Plenty in surrounding area and we found Melton Mowbray a pleasant town.

Seemed very popular with fishing crowd. Not sure if day licence etc but for us provided a nice walk round the lakes.

We were only there for one night, but the site seemed extremely well organised and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We were travelling south so could only stay for one night, but would have enjoyed the opportunity to be there a little longer.

Lovely site and at the top of our go back again list. Very clean and well maintained. On site cafe, reception, shop pub is an absolute bonus but can be busy.

Lovely walks around the lake, quiet and comfortable site if you choose to stay at your caravan. We prefer the the North field but it is personal choice.

This is a little expensive but worth it.

Very clean site with spacious pitches. Facilities were very good and staff very helpful. Peaceful site and very good for anglers.

We had a Chinese meal delivered direct to our Motorhome from a menu at the clubhouse.

Good range of beers and spirits at the clubhouse.
