 Ideal for exploring Yorkshire and York. Staff great. Second time back and will return.
Only stayed one night this time and very helpful.
Its quiet and great for Monk Cross Retail Park.
Good for all travellers.

Great site immaculately kept, toilets very clean,
Easy access to York.
Would certainly visit again.
Have a nice fishing lake and friendly staff and a taxi into York for only £10 bargain price

Lovely little campsite for visiting York with a great dog walk area around the site and small lake.
Easy access in and out and the Park and Ride is not too far for trips into the city.
The Site Manager (Peter) was helpful and the site is kept clean as you would expect.
No shop on site, but to be honest one isn't needed as shops are a short and easy drive away.
Had a great stay, thanks.

Very pleasant, tidy and well cared for site, the owner saved us when We had got lost finding the place, very pleasant gentleman.
The pod was clean and having an outside table and benches was a bonus, very quiet site which was also a nice surprise.

Nice level pitches, clean toilet/shower block with washing up facilities.
Owner met us on arrival and showed us the best way to pitch and explained the local area, he is always around if you need anything.
Will definitely visit again.

Really good site shower and toilet block clean. Nice views of fishing lake good site for access to Monks cross shopping centre and park and ride for York.
Only downside was no shops close by for provisions and nothing within walking distance. Having said that it is clearly mentioned,
Would come back again.

Have stayed at Wagtail Park a couple and as always the site is in immaculate condition, Have found Peter to very helpful and accommodating.
The fishing lake is always kept in immaculate condition as well as having a good assortment of fish.
Would recommend Wagtail Park to any whether they are there for the fishing or to visit York with the Park & Ride only a five minute drive away. 10/10

Beautiful kept site, facilities clean, lovely hot spacious showers, hot water to wash up.
Pete, very welcoming and warm. Close to York centre.
Will be returning soon, oh and it's open all year too.

We had a great time at Wagtail Park.
The facilities were brilliant, everywhere spotlessly clean.
The manager friendly and accommodating.

Really lovely campsite set out of the way but with good access to park and ride and local facilities.
