Been to this site a few times now for weekends away in our Tourer, the site is quiet and clean and the shower blocks are second to non, the price is great and the reception staff Alex is lovely. Quite a few of the pitches are very unlevel and some of the water and waste pillars are quite a distance away so you may need a longer hose (these are shared) The play area has been improved to include a climbing frame and 2 slides but it does get very muddy in winter and big pools at end of each slide but I am informed they will improve this more, It has easy access for wheel chairs and mobility scooters, and there is a lovely group of shops and an in door play centre for the younger ones, there is a bar on site and a chip shop and café, all in all a great weekend get away.

We had a fabulous family weekend here despite the weather. The amenities block is 5*. The children's play area was like a swamp and any mud loving child would be in there element. We will be returning here to try out the hot tub pitch. The craft centre will wined away a few hours if it s raining. There are other things to visit but you will have to drive.

Been to this site a few times now. We use it for weekends away and love it. The all in price is great, no more working out, how much for this and how much for that, just one price and that covers everything and is so easy to book using there website. The play park has been improved for this year and also there is a Bar, but not sure where. Toilets are clean and warm and staff very friendly. All pitches are hard standing and have EHU, water and grey waste, but you might need long waste hose. A nice site and we will return.

Well, we did go back and we weren`t disappointed. The health and safety brigade had closed down the 'skybar' which was in fact a converted hgv trailer but the cafe had been turned into a bar for Halloween so the partying could continue. We didn`t go in any of the shops this time as they are always there. Shower/toilet block immaculate, playground (a big fort) was always popular and wi-fi was pretty good. Will be back

We stayed here three times last year and are booked already for 2016.
The camping field is generally quiet and the grass only pitches are big.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, facilities are spotless.
Our boy likes the play area and large field for football.
The craft centre is always a hit with some really nice shops and people.
Quite a bit to do outside of the site for families, Frodsham is worth a walk around, Crocky Trail is a good day out (take spare clothes) and Delamere Forest is on the doorstep

This was our first and unfortunately last camping trip! We bought a second hand tent and it leaked all night we had to pack up in the middle of night and leave, the staff at lady heyes could not of been more helpful! We left the tent and they kindly disposed of it! They we very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. There is a large indoor playground and outdoor area with ice cream van! The shower and toilet block was spotless! We have just got a old caravan and are currently upcycling it, it's dry so when sorted we will be back to lady heyes! Roll on! A++++ site would recommend to anyone!

Well this was our second visit here but it is the first in our motorhome
Facilities we great and kept very clean
The handstandings we pretty large and well kept
We only needed a small bit of levelling to get level
Already booked to return
Alex the manager is doing a fantastic job and hope he keeps it up nothing seems to be any trouble for him and he should be really proud of his achievments on how the site is run and maintained

Visited here a while ago for a look at the craft shops but didn't stay until this weekend. We only booked for 1 night as we were at a wedding in nearby Runcorn. Hard standing pitches for vans and a mixture for tents. Pretty flat site with brand new toilets and showers. Hoping to return in a fortnight for a better visit but we will be booking for Halloween. Very helpful and friendly staff on site and in the various shops.

Just spent a 4 nights at Lady Heyes with our 7 year old grandson on his first caravan trip. A great time was had by all.
Very easy to find from M56 with good access to site. Pitch size ample for our caravan plus awning with VW van parked in front. Hard standing not to our taste with rock pegs being required and our grandson slipped on the loose surface a number of times severely grazing his knees.
Hookup, fresh water and grey water located at front corner of pitch so everything to hand.
Showers and toilets superb with the only negatives being water too hot and insufficient hooks/shelves.
Lots of attractions within close proximity and the playground on site with the addition of cricket on the ample green spaces around the site kept him entertained.
To summarize, a well kept, well appointed, peaceful site situated in a very nice part of Cheshire. We will probably visit again as too much to see in 4 days.

Translation:

In addition, the staff are available and very friendly.
