What a fabulous site. It's in a great location overlooking the bay - it's all about the view!
Facilities are the best we've come across so far, and always spotless. They have thought of most things - mobile charging, fridges and freezers, laundry.
The wardens keep the place very clean and tidy, and they are terrific people, very friendly and helpful (thanks Eric, Tina, Terry and Lana, you made a difference).
Beautiful beach and bay, and amazingly few people on it whilst we stayed. But don't underestimate the climb back up to the site, it's not for the unfit!
Would we stay here again? Absolutely. But only after checking that they are not still using the fine grit to dress the surface of the hard standing pitches, it walked in everywhere and made a mess.

The site is between Three cliffs bay and Oxwich Bay on the Gower. It has the best showers/toilets with under floor heating I have ever seen on a camp site. Large freezers that are FOC to put your ice blocks in to refreeze and they have charging points for those who do not have electric to top up your phones.
Also free wi-fi all over the site. Small shop /tea room cafe does not have a very large range of goods but all you need to make good breakfast or dinner and they do breakfast take out and breakfast rolls.
Also you can pick up free rubbish bags if you have run out or did not bring them with you. The site is spotless no rubbish about anywhere about. We camped in the field behind the shop for tents and small camper vans. This is split in to two to the left hand side and centre they have the hook up’s, and on the right hand side of the small road up to the hedge is the non electric pitches.
In the centre with the hook ups there are level pitches and there is slight slope on the rest of the site, but not a problem and from the top of this field you have a good view of Oxwich Bay.
You are about ten to fifteen minutes walk from the beach down through the woods and you can double that on the way back up, but well worth the walk or you can drive to Oxwich bay five minutes away and there is large car park there but on Sat/Sun can get very full so early start would be best. As this bay is about 30 minutes drive away from Swansea and you will find a lot of day trippers ahead for the beach on a nice day, but if walk down to the beach near the camp site you can pick your spot.
Back to the camp site the large field to the left hand side of the site is for caravans and large camper vans. There is also a field on the right hand site of the site that is mixed field with tents/ caravans and camper vans.
We like this site so much we have booked to back for 17 days in July. This time we will be going back on a pitch with hook up, we like to camp electric if a long stay but for a long weekend we do use a hook up. I would like to say after about ten in the evening no loud noise just the peaceful distance sound of the sea.
Would like to mention the staff on this site, they are all very pleasant and hard working keeping this site clean and tidy and always make time to have a chat with you if you need to know anything

Fabulous fabulous fabulous. We received the warmest of welcomes and were taken to our pitch by a very helpful gentleman who gave us the choice of where we wanted to be. As it was, a fabulous view over Oxwich Bay.
A short scramble from there down the cliff side path onto the beach and some marvellous coastal walking. Like Cornwall without the crowds. We could not fault the site (and we are fussy!).
Excellent well stocked shop and a cafe from which we had a very fresh homemade cream tea. We will be back!

This is a lovely site on the Gower penisullar. On arrival staff are friendly and helpful and having booked a pitch with electricity you can then pretty much choose which vacant spot you want.
The motorhome/caravan field was busy but space was reasonable. It is on a hill so will need levellers but was not a problem. We stayed on the top of the field and the view of the bay was fantastic. Facilities on site were very clean and well maintained.
There had been quite a bit of rain so understandably the floor did get a bit muddy but overall there was no real problem. The showers were brill and were a lovely temperature (I like a very hot shower and generally camp site showers only have one temperature) so it was wonderful to have good temperature showers that also don't need to be constantly restarted.
The design of the shower/toilet cubicles meant that there was no bench or somewhere to sit. Even the loo didn't have a lid that could be put down to sit on. So it is sit on the loo or balance when putting my pyjama trousers on. There is a cafe on site which I didn't try which also has a small shop which stocks essentials. If you are looking for a site with lots of amenities this is not the site for you but if you want a quite, friendly clean site then I would definitely recommend.
Anyone who knows the Gower knows it is a beautiful away from it all area. The site is a walk away from the beach which is clean, long and dog friendly. It is a bit of a pull back up to the site but we are active so was no problem to us.
The use of a car would be useful (we don't) but there was a bus service with the bus stop virtually on the doorstep of the campsite. We didn't use because we were only away for a short break but getting shopping may have been a bit if challenge for a longer stay.
There is a lovely hotel -oxwich Bay a walk away where we had a lovely lunch. There is amazing walks in the area. Overall this was a really good campsite for anyone who likes walking, being in a fantastic part of the country and has dogs. It would also be good for children who enjoy the outdoors.

The facilities and location are superb. The new toilet block is of particular note and the staff keep it in good order. The cafe /shop were convenient as is the superb beach only about 15mins walk away. We initially booked for three nights but stayed for six. Nuff said! Absolutely superb!

We arrived to a very friendly welcome from the check in lady. She told us where to go and pick our own pitch. A lot of the pitches have been levelled out in the middle of the shop field. Perfect for our needs. The pitch we chose took our huge Vermont LP and the car, (Kia Sedona, Huge for all our gear) with no problem. Everywhere was clean and no litter or debris anywhere. The toilets and shower block are the cleanest I've seen on a camp site. Underfloor heating and sensor showers. Fabulous. No pressing silly buttons every 30 seconds! All the fields were well kept. The small shop had the basics and were not overly priced like some places. The cafe was like a truckers diner. But it was clean, no smells ( except the lovely campers breakfast smell). They did a lunch menu and pizza as well. We sampled a few different things and they were all fresh and tasty.
The walk to the beach through the woods took 15 minutes, mainly downhill and over the sand dunes. Great clean beach. At the end was a small shop/cafe and a restaurant. You need to be Rockafeller to eat there though. The hotel did meals and you can take your dog into the conservatory. We found it easier to drive the 5 minutes to get to that end, as I'm disabled and pay the £3 for car parking. The walk back to the camp over the dunes and through the woods takes longer due to being uphill most of the way. I managed it, though it took me 1/2 hour to do it. Thank God for the wine in the tent! There was a broken hose on the drinking water tap which I reported to reception. When I went down not long after, it was sorted. Customer Service at this place is the best I've come across. They must send them on a happy course, because all the staff were smiling and looked happy in their jobs. I will definitely be returning here as it's THE best site I've been on. Thank you for a great holiday. See you soon.

After 6hrs on the road a very warm welcome by staff after booking in and given barrier key was given free breakfasts voucher for in the morning, we were shown pitches in main field we could have, wife chose the one next to shower block. What a shower block 6mini ensuit only lacked toilet lid, (somewhere to put cloths on whilst in shower) washing up, laundry and more toilets plus fridge for food storage and freezer for ice blocks and frozen food, all under one roof, 6 sinks hot water 24_7 always clean. Shop was basic cafe part had all you would really wanted. Walk down to beach not too bad better to drive down to oxwich bay £4. 50 parking Swansea 20min drive away all the shops you could need plus.
Would go back shorter stay next time.

What a well run and friendly campsite. From the moment we arrived we felt like valued customers and old friends even though this was our first visit. Two camping fields with some electric hook ups (book these in advance) and one caravan field. The camping fields are sloping with some level pitches. The toilet and shower blocks are modern and very clean as were the dish washing facilities. There are large chest freezers, large fridges and mobile phone charging points. The field we were camping in had great views but some campers may find the walk to the toilets from here a bit far for comfort. There is a small but well stocked shop and a cafe that serves great breakfasts, pizzas etc. There is no bar or evening entertainment on the campsite but as we came to relax and get away from it all this didn't bother us.
The walk to the sandy beach is about 10 minutes downhill through woods but is well worth it. We walked to Oxwich along the beach which took us about an hour and had the most delicious meal at the hotel which is family friendly. It is also an easy car drive to here and there are toilets on the beach. There is a small cafe on the beach although we found the service here excruciatingly slow.
We are already looking forward to returning to the campsite to further explore the area.

Firstly, the facilities were excellent. Never any queues, even when the campsite was full and always clean. The beach, which is walking distance, is perfect. One of our favourite beaches of all time. The entrance to the park is a narrow country lane which is steep at the top, this is not a problem until you want to leave, and then just make sure you are careful pulling out of the junction as it's steep and visibility isn't great. Most people have someone jump out to help with traffic, or the staff are more than willing to help. Don't let that put you off though, as we got out fine and we have a very heavy caravan! The staff are all lovely. We were at the end of the season so missed the pick your own, but my parents had been earlier in the year and this was a lovely bonus on the doorstep! The surrounding area is beautiful but we were more than happy just sitting on our pitch looking at the beach view or walking on the beach. Such a lovely location. Can be windy as you are up high but that wasn't an issue other than when a storm hit unexpectedly and awnings had to be taken down in a rush! All the staff were out to help though which was lovely and gave everyone a talking point the next day! All in all, can't wait to go back!

Fantastic located site overlooking one of the gorgeous bays in this region - wonderful to pull up the blind and see the sea sparkling first thing in the mornings. Wonderful sunsets. Pathway at back of site leads straight to the beautiful sandy beach and cliff pathways. New shower block installed with underfloor heating - great! Great location for sight seeing.
