This is a bustling campsite with good amenities. We found the shower block clean and modern. It was cleaned every couple of hours while we were there.
The camp site is perfectly placed for long sandy beaches and dog walks and generally exploring the east coast of Norfolk. It took 10-15 minutes to walk from our caravan onto the beach.
We were lucky enough to see seals swimming by on our first evening dog walk.
Practically speaking we had excellent TV signal and electricity hook up with nearby access to water, water disposal and Thetford cassette emptying.

Excellent site with great shower and toilet facilities which were constantly being cleaned.
Location to the beach was perfect, we had an electric pitch around the edge of the field which was a good size and still plenty of room for the car.
Would definitely go again

Great site, electric hook up, big pitch, easy to find.
Lovely clean toilet and shower block, nice warm showers immaculately looked after. Staff at reception helpful and service with a smile.
Location fantastic straight up road and to sand dunes and onto gorgeous golden sands. Beautiful walks and lots of nature to see. Thoroughly enjoyed our break.
Can't wait to re-visit.

We went just after lock down stopped and they were very good with social distancing and the showers and toilet block were spotless. thanks to the amazing staff who work really hard.
Its just a shame they are going to put mobile homes instead of caravans and tents.
Such a lovely place to visit, the only problem is a lot of steps to the beach

The campsite was very friendly, quiet and had good facilities.
The location close to a lovely sandy beach help make it a great place.
I am planning on going back again this year

We have stayed at this campsite many times and love it,
Very nice and very friendly but I’m afraid this time was a bit disappointing especially with COVID-19,
We have been here 3 nights and the toilets certainly haven’t been cleaned/disinfected regularly or especially on a daily basis to keep everyone safe. Surely this is a MUST due to the government guidelines! This has let the site down for me

Extremely disappointed. Feel very mislead by the website. The website does not explain its layout at all, that tourers are scattered between holiday bungalows some of which are run down and not cared for. We were not near other caravans at all. No campsite atmosphere. Felt isolated.
All the 3 blocks of toilets and shower facilities are old and tired and below standard on the longbeach site nd not cleaned enough which is massively misleading and the picture on this website shows them to be relatively new. They do not have proper toilet seats. If we wanted to use a 'nice' toilet and shower we would have to drive to the hemsby camp site! Not ideal!
The photos on the longbeach website are hugely misleading. The toilets and showers being the worst part !
Good part is we were 4 mins walk from the beach. Just very disappointed. Dont know how we got this so wrong

What can I say I wanted a dog friendly place and it exceeded itself as only yards from the beach safe and dog friendly, even doggy bags everywhere you went and bins.
The pitches are very big and the site is very well kept and clean as I travel to a lot of sites I would give this a rating of 4. 5 out of 5. 0
Will definitely be returning
