 Thank you to the team at Red Shoot. We had a lovely stay, warmly welcomed.
We enjoyed a lovely stroll into the forest and the on-site pub especially with the weekend downpour. We visited the shop which is well priced and has a handy stock of camping equipment too if you forget anything.
Toilets and shower blocks were very clean and tidy, all guests respected social distancing.
Being in the heart of the new forest it is important to note that WiFi and phone signal is poor (if existent) so bear this in mind. It was lovely for us to be honest with two boys who are WiFi addicts!
We look forward to coming back next time with better weather conditions.

This site was well. Laid out and in the current situation was looked after well.
The staff were very supportive and friendly.
One of the only sites that still takes you to the pitch instead of shoving a map in your face.
Facilities were well kept. Well done guys

Lovely site. Really impressed with approach to social distancing.
Facilities clean, handy shop (great home-bakes croissants) and lovely adjoining pub.
Will definitely be back.

The site is set in lovely area
The staff are very helpful
The site shop was well stocked with good food and drinks and camping equipment
The toilets and shower are very clean and lovely hot water
I would recommend the site to friend and family

The site had good, well maintained facilities which were cleaned throughout the day. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
Only downside was the limited number of electrcal hook ups.
None available for my stay.

Absolutely loved this site, not all packed in like sardines, plenty of room around each pitch. Could hear cows mooing behind us, pretty setting. Shop had wide range of essentials.
Staff very friendly and Covid precautions good. We felt safe and relaxed for our short stay.
Will definitely go back.

Lovely site, we will definitely be going back to Redshoot.
It’s a shame the pub was shut, but enjoyed the fish and chip van that arrived during are stay.

Lovely campsite with excellent facilities. Was quiet & clean. Staff were very friendly.
Had a great few night away and hope to return one day soon. Lots of lovely walks to appreciate the quiet rural location. Would have been 9/10 if fire pits were allowed but appreciate some sites don’t like this so they are not the only one!
Note: no phone signal but that was a bonus for us but some might struggle

Very clean site that was exactly what I expected. Staff were very polite and helpful.
The COVID procedures were clear and respected by everyone. The site was relatively quiet.
I imagine when full the toilet and showers facilities are pretty busy.

Superb site and great facilities, really clean and well kept.
Great pub just a 10 minute walk away and close drive to Southampton City Centre.
