Fantastic site. All the staff were really helpful and friendly,
The facilities are spotless with large shower rooms and the grounds very well kept.
As well as the safe (but quite steeply sloping) dog walking field there is a meadow walk and a woodland walk.
We stayed here with some friends also in motorhomes and we all agreed this was a great site.
Location is also perfect, just a few minutes walk into Combe Martin and the beach and bus stop.
We were warmly welcomed in the pubs and shops, most of which are dog friendly.
We will be back.

Lovely site with extremely helpful staff.
We weren’t keen on our first pitch / but the staff changed our pitch straight away.
We’d forgotten our water drum but the guy on site lent us 1!
Nothing is too much trouble & always a friendly smile/wave from the wardens.
Amenities were spotless - love the idea of private bathrooms including your own shower, toilet & sink.
Would return - very close to beach with amazing rock pools. Coombe Martin remains unspoilt.
Childrens play park needs some TLC & extra bits added.

Mature couple & Dog
Great end of season trip staying here for 4 nights.
Camp was lovely and quiet & weather was fairly kind to us except our last night. It really did rain!
Camp very clean, great shower & toilet block with adjoining laundry & wash up area.
Wardens attentive & very helpful at hand for advice. 2 mins to beach (Dog friendly this time of year) 5 mins to Coombe Martin for pubs, cafés takeaways.
Will return in 2022 thank you!

A lovely site, within walking distance of Combe Martin,
Toilets & shower were immaculate & very roomy. I did suggest the amount of water & temperature from the showers needed looking at to staff, & it was given close attention.
Pitches were a good size, with block paved hard standing & we had a full service pitch. With grass for the awning to the side.
Would definitely stay again in future.

Excellent previous reviews of Newbury Valley of which we are in total agreement. A fantastic, well maintained site in a beautiful location.
Great staff, immaculate shower/toilet facilities, large pitches with picnic tables,
Lovely walks on site and in surrounding areas.
No bar or entertainment on site (which is not for us anyway) but only a few minutes walk onto an all year round dog friendly beach and main beach (dog friendly from 30/09) and into town with its pubs, shops & eateries.
Highly recommended.

A absolutely terrific site! Nice and close to the village (a 7 or 8 minute walk, at the most), on the bus route, and quiet.
The facilities are probably the best we've seen and used on the many, many sites we've been to, both in the UK and abroad - spotlessly clean, every washroom is huge, and there's plenty of them.
We will definitely be returning!
