 Beautiful, quiet site on the river, 15 min walk to Brecon town centre, flat site so it's easy to pitch anywhere, never over crowded, hot showers (50p), separate toilets and wash basins.
Separate kitchen area for washing up. Drying area for water proofs. Be prepared to sort your rubbish into the different recycling bins. Otherwise don't go!
We love the site and have been going for many years. No dogs and no young children.
There are fire pits available and a bag of fire wood which will last you an evening @ £5.
Lots of walks directly from the site or a drive away.

Great wee campsite by the river close enough too walk to town.
We came in van. Bigger campervans may not make the turn at the bottom.
Check with Susie the owner first.
We stayed one night as passing through but would love to stop again for a bit longer

Great location 10 mins from brecon town
Nice clean site with excellent facilities

Has a river running along side it

Perfect little campsite nice and close to the Brecon Becons.
Facilities were well maintained and within close proximity to the pitches, so no long walks to the bathroom in the dark or carrying pots far for water.
If I'm ever camping in the area again this will be my first port of call.

Excellent, peaceful campsite next to the River complete with a gang of chickens running around the tents. :-)
Great showers/facilities, super helpful hosts Susie & Noel.
There's the occasional bit of road noise but never very intrusive.
Easy, 10 minute walk into Brecon or a longer 20 minute walk in along a lovely riverside path.
Was £10pp per night ( cash only ) on our visit and 50p's needed for the shower - 50p for 4 mins.
If you're cycling as we did, the campsite is located very close to Sustrans National Cycle Route #8 and the Taff Trail that runs from Cardiff to Brecon.

Lovely campsite in an excellent location, on the outskirts of Brecon and so much to see in the surrounding area.
Very welcoming hosts, super clean facilities, and eco friendly.
Really enjoyed my stay and will be back.

This is a delightful site set in the Brecons beside the Honddu River just before it flows into the River Usk in Brecon.
The site is peaceful and well maintained, and supervised by a small flock of inquisitive chickens who inspect every new arrival.
Quick to walk into Brecon where you will find everything you need on holiday. We are looking forward to a chance to return.
