A lovely place to stay. The owners are very friendly. The facilities are basic, but good enough. Plenty of hot water. We went for two nights and stayed an extra night. Lovely views, kids loved it, and so did we. If you are in the bottom field near chicken shed, and you feed chickens, keep your eyes open for the others, when they come running, had us in stitches. Will be definitely going again. Little tip for the hungry, ask where the spar shop is and go to Potts Pies nearby, believe me, this is one tip you will want to act upon. See you all soon at Redbank.!

Wife and I with 2 kids visited here for 3 nights. We chose a windy, wet weekend but enjoyed every day. I loved the views, wife loved the peaceful countryside, kids loved the animals! It was quite busy which proved a little too much for the shower facilities (2 per gender) but they were clean. While there I booked for the following weekend to stay for 5 nights, and I will be booking again. Site owners and farmers are very friendly and had no trouble with noisy neighbours etc. I would definitely recommend at least one visit to this site.

Booked for two weeks and stayed for three. People say facilities basic but they are fine. Owners are great, very friendly but watch out for foreign man with lawn mower and strimmer, gets carried away on job! Going back later in August if possible after trip to Cornwall. Will be a frequent visitor to this farm. Loved it. PamJ

Well we have just got back after trying out our new tent for the weekend. When we arrived the owners were nice and said that we could pitch up in any of the 2 fields. Toilets were ok and although the site was busy never had to queue.Good wash up area with plenty of hot water. We had a good weekend apart from the howling gale force winds and the very very heavy rain. Our 3 kids spent most of there time at pets corner which was great for us as it got them out of our hair. We will go back but when the rain and the wind is not forcast. Great stay thanks.

Been to Red bank recently, but unfortunately the week we had the terrible gales, and as the site is very exposed, we decided to cut things short and come home early. Now the good side. And there's lots of it. Although the facilities are quite limited, everywhere is very clean, lots of hot water and a good wash up area etc, the owners are friendly folk, and very helpful. The site entrance is right on the beach, and the views across Morecambe Bay are great. Wish we had been brave enough to hold out weather wise, but will certainly return in the near future.

Red Bank Farm is great. You approach from the 'beach' road and it looks like you've entered the 1950s. Which is good. A quiet family camp. Mainly tents.
We liked the cows which you can watch being milked. We liked the pets corner with the cool pigs. We liked the really free range chucks wandering into your tent. We liked the space available for the kids to play. We liked the amount of sky to be seen. We liked the rabbits. We liked the birds swooping around the grounds. We really liked the Tesco 5 minutes up the road.
The shower block is adequate for a small camp.
The owners are nice too.
We've only stayed for weekends on several occasions but really liked it.

What a lovely site. Our first visit here but not our last. What gorgeous views all around beach one side and hills and fields other. Our kids loved the pets corner with Cassandra and Rodney the pigs and Dick and Dom the baby goats. There were two calves, baby rabbits and a small aviary too. Hens and rabbits roaming the site all in all made it a lovely visit. We all enjoyed watching the cows being milked. Farmer welcomes everyone to watch everyday. Yes the toilets are basic and showers too, but for a working organic farm it's not much of a compromise to make. Large unmarked pitches with lots of grass around make it an ideal place for kids to play. Ice cream van and newspaper van visit on weekends, and it's about 10 minutes by car from Morcome.

Thought the place was really good, basic toilets but clean and lots of hot water , all for free. The charges are nice and cheap, and the views across the bay are great. Just a pity we had high winds and we spent one night on "danger alert". As the tent was taking a battering the following day we decided to "up sticks" and head for home, but we will certainly be back there as soon as possible.

First stay here, would return but not during windy weather! We almost took off trying to put up and down our tent. Pitches are not marked, you can camp more or less where you want. Great facilities - yes, toilets and showers basic but v.v. clean. Well worth the £10 a night for family of 4. Views are magic over the bay. The only 20p you need is for the hairdryer! Our children loved pets corner and hens and rabbits roaming the fields. Owners very friendly, when ladies showers not working the nice man came with tools and fixed it straightaway! Fab chippie at Hest Bank (just along main road beside railway bridge) called Sea View. Meals good for families at Broadway Hotel in Morecambe on the seafront.

Just got back from our 4th visit to Red Bank Farm and what can I say, yet another fantastic stay. My hubby, myself and 3 children(5,8,12) all love the place, children loved seeing the animals - petting corner and watching the cows being milked. Also this Easter weekend we saw lambs being born which was a great experience. This is a great working farm, farmers were fantastic and very friendly explaining how the farm works to the children. The views are fantastic as well. The farm is a credit to them +++++
