I was dubious about staying here after reading mixed reviews but it turned out to be a very nice site. The showers and toilets were very, very clean and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. It was a large park and the layout was a bit too regimented for me (I am more of a caravan on my own in a field kind of person I think) but nothing to complain about. The dog walk area was fantastic and the dogs loved having so much space to race around. Our only regret was we didn't get to sample the 99p breakfast as it was raining too much to venture outside both mornings we were there. I'd like to go back when the sun was shining and have a proper look around. Fantastic Off-Licence in Tiddington Village 5 minutes walk from the site and also a large Spar.
My only reservation was the price. £53 for 2 nights (me and my OH and 2 dogs - we didn't put the awning up as would have to pay extra for that) was too expensive in my opinion.

Great site, will definitely return.
Booking in was simple and efficient, warden showed us to pitch and explained all facilities clearly. Pitch was reasonable size and space between units was OK. Toilet block was good and cleaned throughout the day rather than at specific times as CC sites. Cafe was well sited and as weather was good sitting outside was a bonus. As already mentioned 99p breakfast would take some beating. Club house was still being built but looks like it will be a great facility.
Tiddington is a 15 minute stroll, Stratford about 35 minutes. We did use the river taxi for one trip- very good idea- but queues returning to the site were causing a wait all through the afternoon. Stratford is a nice place to visit and there is plenty to see and do but obviously very tourist oriented. Tiddington has sufficient amenities for a small village and we ate at the Crown and the Indian restaurant- both very good value and quality. The small supermarket has everything you could want locally and larger supermarkets are within a short drive.
Will certainly return.

Loved this site! Were met at the reception and then instructed to pull down the road and a man on a golfing buggy then guided us to our pitch and explained site facilities locations etc. Grass was well kept and was quite spacious.
Water taxi into the town a brilliant and beautiful way to go into Stratford. All the drivers were retired gentleman who were full of interesting nuggets of information. Fishing is included I was told and the river looked so fishy rods going in next time.
Agree with other posts about the Toilets being very clean etc. But in various colours and very tired could do with updating quite badly. The new club house looks to be a stunning piece of architecture, could do with the designer in my town!
In all goes in my top sites to return to and easy to get to. All staff were very friendly and helpful to.

This is a great site in a great location on the banks of the river Avon and a short walk to Stratford upon Avon. It was lovely weather and we enjoyed watching the barges coming and going through the locks down at the marina.
The site is clean and well looked after and the staff are friendly we are returning hopefully in September for another stay.
The only thing that I could fault was the lack of space between the caravans on the left side of the park very close, the caravans on the right in front of the toilet block seemed to have a bit more room, maybe they cost more I don't know.
Would recommend a stay here.

Great family site near to Statford on Avon.
We arrived early during the May bank holiday period and were shown to one of the fields and given a choice of pitches. Good if you arrive early but not for late arrivals. A great point on this weekend was the late departue time of 3pm for no extra charge.
Site is large but you don't feel packed in. They are building a brand new clubhouse which will hopefully be open in August. At the time we visited there was a temporary one in the adjacent residential park.
Novelty of this site is the convenient and well run river taxi's from the site to the marina in the centre of Statford. They run every 15 mins and cost £1. 50. Well worth it.
Tiddington village has a pub Chinese & Indian restaurant and the Tapas bar is well worth a visit. The early bird menu a bargain.
This was our first visit and would certainly visit this site again.

Just returned after 7nights at park. Site is just OK. Toilet block is always clean but could do with up dating, but drains in the mens showers are very smelly, and there are no plugs in the sinks so you are wasting water all the time. They are putting up a new club house costing 2 million but could do with spending few grand renewing the approach road as it is full of large pot holes that can easy damage your wheels.

What a stunning site located on the river bank. Water taxi takes you right into the marina in Stratford ideal for shopping and sight seeing. No need to bother cooking breakfast the 99p one on site is more than sufficient. Excellent toilets and showers very clean and maintained well. Ideal for visiting all the regular Stratford tourist attractions i. E. Charles Dickens and Anne Hathaway's cottage, Old town and many more. Close to Warwick Castle and Stow on the Wold. Ideal for a look round the Cotswolds

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The check in process was very efficient and we were shown to our pitch. The shower block and toilets were spotless and although I never saw anyone cleaning them they remained so throughout our stay even though the site was quite busy. The water taxi service into Stratford is a lovely way to ride into town and at £5 for a family of 4 I thought it was really good value for money, although since the taxi only seats 7, queues may form at busy times. The village of Tiddington was just a short walk away from the site and bus stops on the main road serve Warwick, Stratford, Kennilworth and Leamington Spa. There was also a pub, cash machine and off licence in Tiddington.
There is a small children's play area available but this is situated on their sister park next door so a bit of a walk away. Whilst we were there we were warned that there may be some noise from building works from their new clubhouse but we heard nothing and the site was lovely and quiet.
The famous 99p breakfast was fabulous and excellent value for money. Also the tea and cake in the afternoons was great after a busy day exploring.
A lovely site in a beautiful area and one which I hope to return to in the future.

Just spent May Bank Holiday weekend at Riverside.
Check is well organised with new arrival lanes clearly marked. You are shown to your pitch and have to set up in a certain way, car, caravan and then awning, which I found a bit funny as when you go to your car you feel like you are invading the privacy of the next pitch as you can see the people sat in there awnings.
The toilets are cleaned constantly. There are only 6 showers for men and another 6 for women. This wasn't a problem in the men's but my wife said there was a big queue for the ladies. This is a big site and another shower block wouldn't go a miss.
Some people have complained about to many rules and there are a lot, no windbreaks etc, but to be honest it is a peaceful site and we were left alone.
The cafe is good value for money with the 99p breakfast.
The river taxi is a great idea, it only sits 7 people so you sometimes have to wait. It is only £1. 50 pp and is a nice relaxing way to get into Stratford.
Stratford is a lovely place to visit.
There is a new 2 million pound club house being built which they hope to have open this year. I hope this won't spoil the place and make it expensive.
We will be going back and would like to spend a week here so we can explore the area more as Warwick, Royal Lemmington Spa are close by.

Arrived at this site on the May bank holiday Monday. As others have said it is a very large site and all units have to be parked the way the man tells you to, so you have no choice of which side you want to put your awning out. Also as people have said before there are a lot of signs everywhere, they even have one in the café explaining why they have signs.
Other than that its handy for Stratford and the little river taxi is a good little service. We used the the Crown pub up the road and sorry to say the meal was one of the worst I have ever had it was described as surf and turf which consisted of 4 pieces of scampi one tiny piece of steak half a tomato and a spoonful of peas all for £9. 99. We
Didn't use the pub again. We booked for four nights but left after three. Will not return
