July 2003 This is an attractive site but as others comment, it is sloping and the toilets etc are quite a distance from the pitches. The pitches are a very generous size and we had plenty of space for the children to play. There were no trampolines when we visited and the farm tours/tractor rides do not operate every day, so if you are only there for a day or two, you could well miss them, as we did. The staff were friendly and we had an enjoyable weekend.

july 2003 We visited the site this weekend and were impressed by the facilities, however, we found the space a bit tight (they were fully booked) and is definately for families. Not for the couples looking for a quiet break!

June 2003 What a beautiful campsite, very picturesque. We've had a wonderful weekend, the weather was great which always helps. We would love to go back to this site but you do have to be careful where your pitch is especially if you have a tent, many of the pitches are on a slant and could result in rolling out of bed in the middle of the night!! The staff were very helpful and accommodating letting us choose which pitch was most suitable for our requirements. As we have a little boy (5) and 2 dogs we chose a lovely pitch at the top of the hill in between the play area and the dog walk, perfect! (although we did still roll to one side of the bed!) The pitch was much larger than those we have previously experienced which gave a nice sence of freedom. The shop is good, the play area fantastic & suitable for older children not just the little ones. When we were there, there was a problem with the play equipment squeaking which the staff promised would be sorted soon, it only caused a problem after 9.30 when the younger children were trying to sleep and it did get a bit anoying. The toilet block was clean with ample toilets, free showers with lovely hot water, private cubicles for washing and hairdryers, the only draw back was the distance from the pitch, not too bad though as long as you wern't desperate! The woods and walks around the estate were wonderful, especially enjoyed by the dogs, we all wanted to stay longer. Very good site for families, recommended.

2001 Good clean facilities and adventure play area, helpful staff, picnic benches. Nice walks in the woods and farmland around the site. Lots of kids around but not too noisy.

We spent a week here with our two little girls last summer (1999) after a break from camping of 10 years! What a pleasent suprise! this is an excellent site with superb wash facilities, childrens play area and lovely spacious pitches.
On the strength of this holiday we have been out and bought a new frame tent and intend to revisit the site again this year.
Bebb writes:
Just a comment. We stayed there for a couple of nights (1996) and found it pleasant. A bit of a walk to get to the facilities from some locations, but, I'd generally recommend it.
Angela adds:
I have just had a weekend at Inside Park as my first ever camping break! Excellent site with a brilliant play area for kids and several nice walks from the site. Dogs are allowed to. Facilities were clean and tidy although part of the shower block was closed off leaving just 3 showers for the whole female half of the site! Can be a bit of a walk to the facilities depending on where you are and a lot of the ground is sloping.
A beautiful site though with a lot of fabulous specimens of unusual trees (we were under a Walnut tree). Pitches are spacious and not regimented so there is room for manouvre. Will definitely be going back there again!
