This is the second visit to the inside park. Lovely surroundings, nice space between units, clean showers and toilets. Good facility's in all. Nice stocked shop, a little bit of everything you may need. Good lighting for midnight toilet visits. Although our children were to big for the playground, it looks fab, other children were certainly enjoying it. Had a lovely week. Thank you.

Spot on. All the staff very helpful but leave you in peace. Especially helpful when I locked my keys in the campervan (doh!). No worries with children making too much noise on the opposite it was nice to hear them playing!
Facilities were excellent and I thought the sizes of the pitches were great.
Will definitely return.

We spent three nights here, and had a fantastic time. We have two boys aged 9 and 8, and they really enjoyed playing on the playground and the footy pitch with the other children. We had pitch 18, right near the playground, which really suited us. The playground is shut at 9pm, so the noise dies down then! The facilities were excellent. Plenty of showers, ( 6 I think for ladies, presume the same for the men!). They were cleaned at 5. 30 am and lunchtime which was good. Washing up and laundry facilities good too. Well stocked shop and some nice walks to do around the site. Tesco nearby which is handy too! We had plenty of room on the pitch too. Would definitely go there again.

Stayed at Inside Park for three nights and overall were impressed. Nice, clean and quiet site.
Best bits - fabulous shower block, plenty of hot water and always clean. Good facilities for washing up, also a laundry if you need one.
Games room with table tennis and pool tables which looked handy for families. Also a park which looked like fun - didn't try it out as we're a bit old for that unfortunately.
Slight issues: overall, pretty pricey - we paid over £20 a night for a pitch with no hookup. Felt this was expensive in comparison with other sites we've stayed at. Also, charging 15p each for freezing ice packs seemed a bit penny pinching.
Having said that, the staff we're helpful and the shop pretty well stocked (some fresh bread would be a lovely addition!)
It's a 2. 5mile walk to Blandford Forum along a right of way (ask for a map). We walked in a couple of nights and there is a choice of pubs and places to eat. (also, handy list at the site shop of nearby pubs that do food which was good).
Overall, would recommend Inside Park, especially to families.

My family (2 adults and 2 Children, 6 and 8) went to The inside Park. The setting is beautiful with fantastic woodland walks. The son who booked us in was very welcoming and showed us to our pitch which was spacious(or so we thought). As people turned up we had less and less room and upon walking around the site we realised that the majority of pitches had lovely space but we were squashed in a corner with a few others. The week we were there we had a very inconsiderate family whom let there 3 young girls scream and perform until 10. 30 each night. This ruined the tranquil setting of listening to nature in the evening.

Lovely campsite on a gorgeous site! The park is situated on an old country estate, so it is a beautiful and scenic setting. There is an amazing kids play area, with a wide range of different playframes etc that you don't often see, and which keep the kids endlessly amused. Pitches are spacious, with plenty of room for fun and games, and most pitches have a combination of sun and shade to make things comfortable. You can also help yourself to picnic benches which are handy. The facilities and amenities are in an old 18th Century stable block, which in itself is a beautiful building, whilst offering all the mod cons. There are plenty of showers, toilets, washing up facilities, basins and a laundry. Also a games room, lots of tourist information, a handy shop, and ice block freezing available at a small charge. It's also only 5 minutes from Tesco. The ambiance is wonderful, everyone having a good time, the sound of children playing, and the other campers were lovely. We were rushing to put up our tent whilst thunder was threatening rain and our neighbours all helped us out, which was really nice, and really made us feel at home. There are great walks through the surrounding woods, which are obviously well-used by children, and beautiful. Many of the pitches have a slight slope, but there is enough room to place yourself at a good angle, and if there is any rain it should drain well. We loved it!

We stayed here for one night in July. Excellent site, will be going back. Great park for the kids. French feel to the campsite. They gave us a lovely spot and we were allowed to move the caravan to the late area for the day after we packed up as we wanted to visit Dorchester before heading off.

Have just spent two nights at this beautiful, relaxing campsite. I rang at this last minute and was made to feel welcome. On arrival I was shown to a non electric pitch in a spacious area with mature trees. Space and open vistas of trees and woodland all around meant that the sound of children and other campers were minimal. The toilets and showers were spotless and there was good washing up and laundry facilities. The shop had most things you would want or had forgotten. I had a relaxing stay and will come back to explore the woodland walks next time. Felt safe as lone traveller and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the campsite.

From the magical, wooded lane which leads to the site, to the warm welcome, the beginning of our stay made us feel immediately relaxed. The gorgeous site is within acres and acres of parkland, the trees are magnificent and immaculately cared for. Because there is so much space, there are areas for everyone. An exciting play-park, miles and miles of paths in the woods, a large area for dog owners, and all of it, intensely peaceful. Kids of all ages loved it. We love it. The facilities are lovely, clean and plenty of loos and showers, a great wash-up area, all these created in large old stable blocks, charming and again, super clean. Blandford Forum is a few miles away and it's a charming, handy town. The situation is very good for exploring all of Dorset. We will be back, again and again.

We spent the May bank holiday weekend at the inside park, and had a lovely time.
The setting is great, and layout works well, with pitches nicely spaced.
We had two tents in our party, and had two neighbouring pitches which worked well. There are picnic benches available which are easily moved to have them where you want them.
The facilities are clean and well kept, bins collected regularly. The staff friendly and helpful, and the shop well stocked. There are walks in the surrounding woodlands which we enjoyed, using the map given in the shop.
We did have stunning weather which helped, but had a truly relaxing and lovely time away.
It is well located, not too far from the coast if travelling by car, and easy access to Blandford town, where are plenty of shops.
We are currently pregnant, and hope to return with a family in the future, as it seemed a lovely safe campsite for children.
