This is an excellent campsite. The pitches are generous, the facilities clean and the owners exceptionally helpful. The location of the site is ideal and, for us, the lack of mature trees made it possible to enjoy the sunshine we were fortunate enough to have for the duration of our stay. I would thoroughly recommend it.

This campsite has so many good points it's difficult to know where to begin!
My partner and I wanted a relaxing break and this is exactly what we got. The owners were away so Rose was in charge and she was lovely! She was helpful, friendly and a joy to talk to.
When we arrived it was incredibly windy and we had great difficulty putting the tent up! However with the help of two fellow campers we managed in the end. So thank you to them! Another thank you goes out to our neighbours who saved the tent from blowing away the following day!
The whole site is quiet with spectacular views. The pitches are huge and the toilets were very clean.
There are icecream, eggs and steaks on sale using an honesty box for payment. Anyone who comes here has GOT to try the steaks! They were out of this world, the best we've ever tasted.
Not only are we coming back for the piece and quiet, the wonderful surrounding areas and the friendliness but we'll also come back for those fantastic steaks!
Thank you all at Field Barn Park!

The site is in the early stages of development. Will be interesting to visit the site once the planting has taken a hold.
Nice spacious pitches, with hook up and water taps close by. Look out for your name and pitch number on the list pinned to post on the way in.
Washing facilities are kept nice and clean. There is a washing machine, fridge & freezer, with 2 sinks for the washing up. Everythng is to hand for a nice relaxing break.
The adults only is a very good idea, but is was a shame that the group of 'adults' pitched behind us was acting like 12 year olds, being very loud and very drunk until 3am.
Saying that, it will not stop us going again and look forward to getting some more Cotswold air very soon.

Very open site without much character at the moment but once the recently planted trees and grasses take off it will greatly improve. Most pitches slope but chocks are provided for those who need them. Water tap at the end of every other pitch. Also plenty of fire extinguishers dotted around the site. Good dog walking facilities with waste bins provided. Recycling on site for plastic, glass and tin.
Shower block in one corner of the site but heated and very clean. Plenty of hooks in each shower and water pressure excellent, so good in fact that you must remember to cover any clothes you have hung on the back of the door or they will be splashed. Freezer stocked with locally made 'real' ice-cream (chocolate is to die for) honesty box for payment. You can also order beef steaks from the farm which will be left in the fridge for your collection (highly recommended).
The location is superb for touring beautiful Cotswold villages. Very nice small shops in Stow and Cirencester, street market on a Tuesday in Moreton-in-Marsh. Bourton-on-the-Water is minutes away from the site by car and a nice walk down the hill for the fit (it's up hill all the way back). Motor museum, Bird World and lots more to offer. Lots of pretty pubs and a Co-op and Summerfield Supermarket for essentials.

We were attracted to this site by the very positive reviews and we have to say we were not disappointed. The owners, Martin and Henrietta, gave us a very warm welcome.
The site was quiet and the pitches were very generous, with a water tap between each pitch. We found the toilets/showers to be spotless as was the kitchen area, which is all new and felt homely.
We look forward to our next stay at this site as there is so much to explore in the area.

I thought this site was fabulous, it was beautifully positioned by Bourton on the Water, being just far enough out to be peaceful whilst still being close enough to walk to. The prices are reasonable and the showers are lovely and clean and free! Like many people have said, this will be nice when all of the shrubbery have grown and the pitches are nicely screened off from one another. We will definitely be returning for a weekend break!

This is a very new site and some of the facilities were still being finished off when we arrived. When the hundreds of trees and shrubs which have been newly planted have matured, this site will be gorgeous. Considering how close it is to Bourton, it is lovely, peaceful and quiet - especially as it's adults only, so no screaming kids at 8 in the morning!.
The loo block was immaculate and although we are self contained and didn't use the showers, they looked clean and well maintained.
The weather was dire most of the time we were on the site, but the site was fairly well drained, and anyone who got stuck was helped by the very friendly owners.
We thought the site was excellent, and although fairly quiet as it's still new, it will no doubt get busier as more people 'discover' it.

Adults Only site so it is very peaceful. The site is a large field with pitches around the edge and 4 sections in the middle. The site had not been open long when we went and things had not grown much but it will be very nice for 2009. The shower and toilet block were all new and heated (very nice). The owner came around every day and was very nice and helpful. Bouton on the water is about 1.5 miles down the lane but its a long walk back (all uphill), I will be going back

What a wonderful site! We decided to give it a go, even though it was fairly new and the most up-to-date review at the time mentioned that the toilet / shower block wasn't completely finished. Having been reassured by the owner that it was, we booked.
As a previous reviewer mentioned, your pitch number is indicated on a sign as you drive in; the owners appear at regular intervals to collect monies, check / clean facilities and ensure everyone is happy.
The location and size of the site is perfect and with such large pitches even the huge American Winnebago on the pitch next to ours looked quite comfortable. As another reviewer mentioned, it's early days for the newly planted green stuff and, yes, you can see from one end of the site to the other. However, it still feels welcoming and 'cozy' as it is, so things can only get better!
The facilities were immaculate and the toilet/shower block itself has been restored from an old building to maintain that rural feel. The washing-up room at the side has washing machines (pay per use) and a fridge/freezer (free to use the latter it appears). Fresh eggs are available to purchase on an 'honesty pot' basis as are meat and burgers (stored in the fridge)fresh from the farm that the site sits in; the names of the chickens who laid the eggs are recorded, but not the names of the animals who donated the meat ;-)
No children allowed but there were quite a few well-behaved dogs, some with their own tents (the owners do not levy a surcharge for gazebos etc). If you do bring a dog, there is an invitation to use the adjoining field for 'walkies'.
This is the perfect spot for exploring the local towns/villages. For those wanting to find it using the postcode in their SatNav, you'll end up at the farm entrance. Don't go in there. Passing the farm entrance on your right, the site entrance is about a hundred yards further along on the right.
Great site, very friendly owners. We'll be back!

What a fantastic idea an adults only site.
The site itself was well maintained, the owners are a friendly and helpful couple who met us on arrival and explained about the facilities on site and the surrounding area.
The toilet/shower blocks were clean, warm and very well maintained along with the washing up area which has a washing machine, fridge and freezer for your use.
We'd recommend this site to any one and have done. We'll definitely be going back.
