Love this site this is the 2nd time back this year.
Pitches are very spacious and great value for money.
Showers and toilets are cleaned often, indoor and outdoor washing up facilities. New is a room you can use with tables and chairs and a sofa.
Easy access to places such as Dunwich, Aldeburgh, Southwold and Sizewell. Great walks for your doorstep and although we didn't go there is a pub that is walkable from site.
Highly Recommend

Lovely quiet campsite. Sheltered from the wind, thoughtful kind owners, friendly atmosphere,
Extremely clean and well located for local village, Leiston Abbey, RSPB Minsmere, Sizewell Beach, Dunwich, Snape Maltings and Aldeburgh.
Lots of lovely touches including a microwave in the kitchen, well-lit outside washing up area and freshly grown vegetables on sale.
We hope to be back before too long!

This is a super campsite with really well maintained facilities.
Lovely, relaxed, hard working owners too! Very clean.
I think it may have been unusually busy this year with lots of groups meeting up. My one piece of advice would be, if you see 2 festival tents set up side by side with a caravan one side and a camper van/Tesla car the other side, don’t pitch near them!
They were very noisy with music and partying between 4pm & midnight on 2 of our 4 nights stay which was a great shame.

Still the same lovely, friendly campsite but now with extra showers which are hot and clean.
Perfect campsite if you want a quieter more low key holiday but with great facilities.
Would highly recommend

Nothing was too much trouble for the owner to do to ensure an enjoyable stay.

What a fantastic campsite. Cannot fault anything.
Owners are so friendly and welcoming, they offer a very relaxed comfortable stay and it’s so peaceful but has a family feel so your not worried if your children are playing!
We will most certainly be coming back next year.
Showers are clean and tidy with individual rooms. There are plenty of showers and toilets and a great washing up area.

As good as last time (2017), facilities not overstretched even with ten times as many people, clean, welcoming and convenient.
Only complaint and not their fault of course- the Crown in Leiston has closed! alternatives are fine though- Engineer's Arms and Royal Standard. I don't think the curry house survived covid alas.
Only £16 for a plain tent pitch, 50p for very good unlimited showers, still paid via honesty box.

This was our first camping trip with 2 under 5 and it was fantastic! There are clean and well run facilities and everything is done on an honest basis (showers, washing machines etc).
Everyone was friendly and many of the other campers seem to come back year after year which is certainly a sign of a good site.
Dogs were allowed (we didn't have one, but my son loved meeting them
All). We will certainly return again. Thank
You Applefields
