I have stayed at Applefields several times over the past year. In all cases, the facilities have been spotlessly clean, cleaned every day.
There is plenty of room for everybody - room for kids to run around, room for large groups to have their own space, room for singles like me to have peace and quiet even when the site is busy.
There are washing up facilities, some outdoor under shelter and some indoor for when it is too cold.
There is a washing machine and drier for laundry.
Leiston, and pubs, the Coop, and usual high street shops are within easy walking distance.
The grassed areas are well looked after and offer excellent places for caravans, motorhomes and tents.
The owners have pride in their caravan park and treat everyone with respect and look after you well.
The prices are on a par with everyone else, or better!
Whenever I need a caravan pitch in this area I will not hesitate to come to Applefields as my first choice.

Lovely spot with very clean facilities.
Only stayed the night but would stop over again if I am back in the area.
Very reasonably priced given the cost of other campsites in the area.

An amazing site with wonderful owners. We stayed here after moving from Cliffhouse Holiday Park which we didn’t like at all.
Plenty of space with a choice of having electric or not. Clean toilets and pot washing areas. Quite sight - you can hear the owls hooting at night.
Only £20 a night without EHU which is a real bargain, especially over Easter.
We walked from the site to Thorpeness, then onto Aldeburgh and got the bus back to Leiston which was really easy.
Thank you to the owners for such a relaxed and friendly site.

Visited this site before, the facilities are clean and plentiful.
There is a room with books and comfy chairs to sit. If you just want space from your tent.
The site is run on trust in envelope was given by the lady for you to fill-in with all your details and leave your cash check or pay by bank transfer very easy-going accessible site.
Will continue to use this site whenever we’re in the area. 10 out of 10.

We love this Campsite this is the 2nd time we have visited and plan on going again in the spring next year.
Facilities are just what you would want for a chilled weekend in nature and enjoying family time. Lays of wide open space with plenty of electric hook ups if required.
Facilities are clean and very good value for money. If your looking for the perfect place to pitch a tent or hook up a caravan in Suffolk this campsite is an absolute must have.
Amazing Value for money and ease of booking and paying when you leave.
There are so many beautiful places to visit all within a close proximity while you are staying here, lots of great places to stop for a bite to eat and cheeky drink.

Great campsite, huge pitches, the facilities are great and nice and clean.
Suzie is as laid back as ever and always has time to chat to you.
Leiston has a good selection of take always and the Indian restaurant called Cinnamon is excellent, if you fancy a drink The Engineer is a good traditional pub and very reasonably priced.
Further afield Aldeburgh is a nice little seaside town.
Snaps Maltings is a pleasant place to walk along the footpath alongside the river Alde then return for coffee and cake.
Overall this campsite is one of my favourites as it is relaxed and quiet even when busy.

We’ve just spent two nights at Diamond House CL at Fiskerton near Lincoln.
Lovely site with EHU. Beautiful shower rooms and toilet.
Bus stop right outside to take you to Lincoln.
A short lane to the canal tow path where you can cycle about five miles right into Lincoln. Friendly welcome.
Would thoroughly recommend this site.
