Highly recommend it, Lovely site, great people running it,

Will be back,

Nicely kept level grass, relaxed atmosphere all round, very trusting owners.

We did a nice cycle ride to Aldburgh and Thorness

We had great stay with our 3 children on the 7th June

The most layback checking in and check out with a friendly service.

We will definitely be coming back for more trips.

The eighth time we have visited Applefields which says it all.

Love the relaxed nature of the site which is in a lovely quiet location but very handy for nearby attractions such as Aldeburgh and Southwold.

Leiston is within walking distance for shops, pubs and the 1914 Picturehouse.

Walks straight out over fields to open countryside and Leiston Abbey just a short walk away.

Fabulous

Lovely campsite, very friendly and helpful, facilities clean and extensive, gateway to some great walking and pubs.

Would recommend the Engineers Arms for a pint!

Great campsite, lots of space, hot showers, ice cream van. Safe for the kids to ride around on their bike.

Didn't walk in to the local town, but there seemed to be some good amenities and a f&c shop.

Hook up moaned when I asked for 8A, so lower ampage only.

It is a well kept field, but nothing more so no kids playground, rope swings etc.

But it's good value and an easy drive to lots of sights.

Its just a perfect site. Perfect setting. Lovely clean amenities. Lovely friendly owners.

No rowdy campers. Happy children. Peaceful place. We love it.

Been twice and will definitely go back.

The rain made us leave early sadly.

Great campsite with great facilities but still feels laidback and friendly. Very spacious pitches and plenty of room for awnings, kids playing and to play boulles or vat & ball.

Excellent value for money at £20 per night with EHU and honesty pot for showers - highly recommend it and will book again asap.

Only negative thought we had was they let an ice cream van on site which was fine other than it chose to park right in front of our pitch and so we had 20 or more people queuing around us for about half hour whilst we were sitting outside enjoying the sun - it just felt awkward but the owners were on site and didn't say anything so presume they don't think that's a problem - maybe just us

This is a lovely site with easy access to walks / rambles and only a short walk into town.

Very tranquil and restful. The owners are extremely approachable and helpful.

Will definitely be going back.
