They have thought of everything! Fridge freezers available to use as well as stocked ones for anything you may have forgot and need to purchase.
Very clean facilities, clearly a lot of pride goes into this site.
The hosts were fantastic and available to give information or just a friendly chat. We felt very welcome.
We stayed on the adult field which was lovely and peaceful, slept really well.
Overstrand beach is within walking distance (approx 40min) and worth visiting. Stopped off at the village pub!
Couldn't have asked for more from this site, didn't want to come home. We will definitely be visiting many more times! Thank you so much!

Fantastic campsite overall.
We were on the closest pitch to the road which was little bother and has little traffic day and night.
The owners/campsite runners cannot do enough to help and were very flexible whilst maintaining a high level of control.
Kitchen clean, toilet and shower block spotless.
Great campsite. Would recommend if in the area. Only 15 minute drive from Cromer and a nice walk down (or very short drive) to Overstrand /Mundesly and their respective beaches.
On a weekend designed to convince my girlfriend to come camping, this was a large factor in my success.

Peaceful quiet and reasonably priced.
A warm welcome greets you on arrival. The site has all the facilities you need.
Wouldn't hesitate in returning for another stay.

This site is perfect! Low key and chilled with good facilities.
I loved the warm welcome by Jeff and the honesty shop.
The site is a nice 4. 5 mile from Cromer along the coastal path.
We will definitely be returning.

We had the best time at Pond Farm. Jeff and April make you feel so welcome.
The site has everything you could possibly need and just a magical atmosphere.
We will definitely be back next year. Marvellous!

Loved this site. Rustic but with great facilities.
Good idea to have one field for families and the other as a quiet field.
Very friendly and helpful wardens.
Very nice rural location but handy for Overstrand and Cromer.
Good value for money. Looking forward to staying here again.

Excellent little campsite with all the amenities you need and more including fridges, microwaves, power charging locker for phones etc, laundry room and showers,
They don't have a run shop but have lots of things to be able to purchase by taking and putting money in an honesty box.
Lovely members of staff, who comes round daily for a catch up and to make sure you are all ok.
Can't say a bad thing about it at all 😊😊

Perfect site.

Loved the honesty box fridges and freezers with essentials like eggs, milk, butter, ice creams and other bits to buy.
Very friendly on site staff and other campers too.
