A fantastic site that welcomed a tired cyclist. All that was required lovely welcome and show round. The quiet section was as it said and the family section also seemed ideal. The loos and showers were clean and tidy with no problem with access and the washroom were also clean and smart with soap. In fact just about everything had been thought of with free hot water, microwave, fridges and freezers. The phone charging and driers were charged but all seemed very reasonable. Plenty of free additions like chairs tables and games. An excellent site and all for an unbelievably 7 quid a night. The best bargain I will find this year. Thank you very much indeed.

A quiet, friendly campsite off the beaten track.
Pitches are generous though no electric hook up.
Toilet and wash facilities are superb. Use of fridges, freezer and washing machines are also provided.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. I heartily recommend the location to recharge your batteries.
Note: It was a challenge getting a 21' campervan through the field gates. The site is better suited to campers.

Found this Gem of a site by pure fluke.
What a jewel.
Two fields one for Adults Only one for Families. Very quiet sheltered site.
Lots of fridges, freezers, hot water, toaster, microwave that Talks to you.
Lots of things to buy like Chocolate, biscuits, ice creams. Magic.
It's a small compact setup off the beaten track. Lots of little walks to beaches, pubs etc.
Roughly half way between Mundesley and Cromer.
Great Site
Sue the Owner is Lovely
Can see why people come back Year after Year
BOOK EARLY to avoid disappointment
No electric hook ups! but charging facilities, free air for airbeds, washing machines
Who needs electric?

Great camp site. We were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves as it was mid week! Heaven! There are two fields one for quiet campers and one for families. We actually stayed in the families field even though there's just two of us, as think it's a more private site and has lovely sun sets over the adjacent field. Unisex facilities which was fine by us. VERY friendly and easy going people who own/run it. Made to feel very welcome. Has a great equipped camp kitchen with an honesty box for buying essentials. Very clean and well equipped everywhere. Washing machines, tumble driers, free showers, more fridges and freezers than you can shake a stick at! Highly recommend this site. Out of the way and so you do need to either be walkers or have use of a vehicle.

Fantastic little campsite
Things we loved:
The location, 5 minute drive from Overstrand beach
Two separate fields one for families and one for couples
Lovely clean toilets
Showers lovely and clean and hot, no button to keep pushing
Sue is lovely and friendly
There is a kitchen with everything you need to purchase at a reasonable price
No music allowed, which prevents battle of the bands situation
Wonderful quiet location surrounded by fields
Things we didn't like:
Nothing!
Looking forward to returning I the very near future

Stayed here in July, loved every minute of it.
The owners are lovely people and very helpful and friendly. The washing up area is fab its a kitchen with sinks and fridges for the campers, outside under cover two more fridges and a freezer. The toilet block always clean with plenty of toilet rolls and hand washing soap.
Its 20 minute walk to the beach Sue will give you directions to Overstrand. We will be staying here again.

Me and my husband have just returned home after a lovely week spent at Pond Farm, this being our first stay there.
Sue and Paul are lovely hosts very helpful, we were very impressed with the site and its amenities, quiet, relaxing, plus a generous size pitch.
Toilet/shower block always kept lovely and clean, as was the kitchen, fridges, freezers, microwaves and toasters for the use of the campers, plus a well stocked fridge freezer with useful food stuffs, and other items to purchase via means of an honesty box, also boiling water with tea, coffee, hot chocolate sugar and milk supplied for a small fee. Also free air pump to inflate beds etc.
There are lots of nice places to visit in the surrounding areas, and lovely beaches, information leaflets readily available in kitchen.
We will definitely be returning to Pond Farm for our next holiday and cant wait to go back, enjoyed every minute of our stay there.

This site is fabulous and we have enjoyed many weekends here over the years.
It has an adult only field and a family field which you can request upon booking. Both fields are lovely with really big pitches and nice views. The toilet and shower facilities are unisex, and are always clean and tidy. The site also offers washing up and recycling facilities, in addition to fridges, freezers and electric points. The people who run the place are very friendly and helpful and are always available to offer help and advice - they even fixed a puncture on our camper once! This place offers great value for money and this is reflected by how busy it gets during peak periods, so booking in advance is advisable in order to avoid disappointment.
If you like to get off the beaten track, this place is great and there are some fantastic coast and beach walks in both directions, with good pubs in Northrepps and Overstrand.

This is the second visit to this site.
We were in a different field this time and had a large pitch again.
The owner is such a lovely lady who keeps the toilets and showers clean at all times.
The toilets are always well stocked with toilet rolls.
The kitchen area is a brilliant idea with food and other vital items for sale with a honesty box for you to put your money in.
The washing machines and driers we being used and looked in good condition.
I love the new notice board for campers comments and the new what's on board
We have stayed before and would again.

We were Returning for a second year, Despite all the rain the site was in good condition and no real problems (ground was a bit soft), the kitchen area still a god send and now have the addition of being able to charge mobile phones and extra fridges.
Site manager is very friendly and approachable.
We are returning again for another visit in August with friends and we are all looking forward to it.
