 Really lovely campsite, great facilities and very friendly.
Nice quiet location and walking distance from a great pub.
Just off the coast path and not far from the beach.
Can walk or get the bus into Cromer with plenty of things to do.

We had an enjoyable stay, plenty of scenic walks,
Close to sea and coastal paths, was ideal for our 2 dogs.
Good value for money
Host were very accommodating and friendly.
Good location, quiet and peaceful
Will return in future

What a little gem. Loved the extra little touches like little honesty shop, loads of fridges and freezers (great for campers).
Eggs for sale at 20p each. Borrowers corner with bbq, windbreaks etc.
Quirky style but that’s what we like.
Two quiet fields with no road noise. Nice cliff walks in both directions.
Reasonably priced and would definitely recommend if you like a clean basic site with a really lovely couple running it.

Friendly staff
Well stocked honesty fridge and well equipped kitchen
Plenty of room for kids to run around

Great little site, friendly owners and good facilities.
There is a small on site shop on an honesty basis with all the basics you might need.
We had poor weather but still enjoyed our stay.

I don't normally leave reviews but Pond Farm warrants it.
Located in a beautiful tranquil spot, surrounded by fields and managed by April and Jeff two of the warmest, friendly, interesting people we have come across, this site far exceeded our expectations.
The website under sells this campsite, the shower / toilet block is kept beautifully clean and you actually feel clean after showering.
The kitchen again is very clean and there is no need for electric hookup due to all the facilities on offer, fridge freezers, toasters, microwaves and boiling water for tea and coffee.
There is also a tuck shop where you can get almost anything you need and is so reasonably priced. We had a wonderful stay and can't thank April and Jeff enough,
We will definitely be returning.

After a gruelling day walking a large section of the coastal path in intense heat, the welcome we received here was like coming home.
Nothing was too much trouble and the honesty box system was fantastic.
If you forget anything, or even just fancy an ice cream you can buy on site for a reasonable price!
Our favourite stop of the trip and the hosts felt like friends by the time we left. Already planning our next trip back!

Nice friendly site, quiet surroundings, with good facilities.
Great stay.
We stopped on our way to another place, and did not walk to the Beach, but other campers did, and were happy with location.
Toilets and Showers compare with 5 star sites we have visited.
