 Friendly welcome on arrival. Really good facilities as I loved the idea of the “Borrow Corner” where we borrowed a gardening stool to sit in.
Good price.
Would come again if staying that way again.
Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Pond Farm campsite.
We were amazed by the facilities provided, the friendly manner Jeff and April welcome everyone creating a peaceful and respectful atmosphere.
We will definitely return to enjoy more the quiet and remote area.

We really liked the campsite for its quiet location and friendly welcome.
The amenities are clean and well looked after, we particularly liked the little shop and the free use of fridges and freezers as well as hot water on tap for making hot drinks

April and Jeff were very welcoming at this slightly bohemian and, to us, quite charming campsite.
Good clean facilities, it did become quite busy as the site filled up at the weekend.
Thirty minute walk to the beach as access is limited due to crumbling cliffs.
Didn't try the local pub this time but the one in Overstrand does acceptable beer.

Great campsite, really friendly, welcoming owners and good facilities!
Very close to the beach which was nice.
Would definitely recommend to couples or families :-)

The five of us with motorbikes and tents stayed at Pond Farm last weekend and it was brilliant.
We were made to feel very welcome and the site is spot on with a relaxed atmosphere.
The facilities are clean and the staff very helpful. The honesty shop stocked with loads of great treats and useful items at reasonable prices. Boiling water is on tap for drinks 24/7.
Thanks folks for a great weekend, we will be back

Lovely campsite. The facilities which are there are great- toilet block, shower block, laundry facilities, fully function kitchen- use of fridge & freezer.
Little shop with things you may need.
Quiet location. Hosts were lovely.
Will definitely go back.

We had a great time at Pond Farm, the staff were fantastic the site it self was really good and clean.
It's little DIY but that adds to it's uniqueness and every thing like showers kitchen etc work just fine.
Definitely will be going back

We love this site, it never disappoints! Jeff and April gave us a warm welcome and were very flexible about our pitch.
The facilities are as clean and accessible as ever, sensible covid restrictions in place.
All the useful kitchen facilities add to the ease of being at pond farm.
Can't wait to come back xx
