We were welcomed by a very friendly couple. They gave us a good description of the pitch and facilities on site.
Although the site was all non electric they had a very good array of facilities for everyone.
Toilet and shower facilities were on the compact size but were kept spotless.
Good location, quiet site and would return again.

Brilliant as always!
The wardens were really friendly and helpful, plenty of excellent food and other bits and pieces provided to buy and the amazing kitchen and other facilities kept spotlessly clean.
A great base to explore Norfolk and the children are already planning next year’s adventure here

Lovely campsite, we'll come again. Two fields on the smaller side giving it a private feeling,
Good clean facilities (incl. Access to fridges!) and really nice people looking after it.
Close to the pretty Overstrand beach and close enough to Sea Palling.

What a great site! I stayed for a couple of nights to use as a base for cycling. Its a fantastic rural location but near to Cromer and the sea.
The managers are lovely people, living on site and always on hand. It's a credit to them that the site retains its rustic but not basic approach to camping.
Clean and organised with everything you need.
Its not 5 star but doesn't pretend to be. Its how camping should be with amenities that don't detract from its charm.

We are just on our way back home from a great 3 night stay at Pond Farm. We arrived Sunday around 2pm and we were welcomed by Jeff and April. Jeff showed us around the facilities and to our pitch.
The kids (aged 9 and 13) loved exploring the site and seeing what treats they could buy from the small on site shop and kitchen.
The facilities were the best we have ever had in terms of what was on offer. Plenty of fridges to go around and freezer for ice/ice blocks etc, so ideal for a long stay camping holiday!
It's not 5 star luxury, it's rustic but the facilities are clean, the showers are warm, the staff are friendly and as I said the facilities are second to none!
The campsite is in a great rural location not far from the beach, we walked there the first evening and watched the sun set was lovely.
We also spent our nights sitting outside the tent spotting shooting stars which was a first for me!
We will definitely return next year, hopefully for a week next time!

Loved the peaceful surroundings and the proximity to the coast.
Although the site has no electric hook available they have done a very good job of providing equipment for campers to use such as fridges, freezer, microwave, kettles and hot water facilities for washing up.
As a couple or family of 4 it may be a little expensive compared to other sites as prices are per person rather than per night which is why I have adjusted my overall review score.
