Nice friendly campsite. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of fridge freezers to use. Well stocked for snacks and other things you may need for sale like charcoal.

There's a free borrowers corner too with bits & bobs. An air machine to blow up your camp air bed, free. You can plug in mobile phone lock it up for £1 a day.

Toilet block with 3 separate toilets & showers. Basic but water always hot, decent loo roll & plenty of hand wash, never ran out of anything. Both kitchen & toilets facilities seemed to be cleaned daily, they were always mopping the floors & cleaning the work tops etc.

Lovely beach within walking distance. It took us under 30mins if you take a field path cut through then along a road past a church. The owners can tell you the way.

We visited the local pub Farowers Arms very good food, friendly & you can walk it too. Camp site owners are very friendly & the man walks round every so often to enquire if all ok & lets you know if for any reason they will not be around but another family member will be, so good on communication & security.

I would return to this campsite again definitely, if I decide to go camping next year. The only suggestion I would give is some 'garden maintenance', that the small trees on one side of the adult only field could do with having the branches cut back, as things fall on your car & tent from the trees, it wasn't that windy when we stayed but if it was this could be an issue.

Lovely rural small site, with good size pitches.

Quirky and extremely clean facilities and use of microwaves, toasters and fridge/freezers. Also stock of supplies that you may require.

Loved the quiet from 10pm rule as we go to bed early.

Owners daughters were very helpful and gave great customer service.

 Very friendly and welcoming.

Really good amenities, plenty of fridge and freezer space.

Lovely and peaceful location.

Handy site for nearby Cromer and just a mile from the beach.

Pond farm is a hidden gem, no ehu but we never have, dogs allowed on leads,

This place has fridges & freezers so you can store your goodies, charging points for phones etc in little safety boxes, we don’t even take our little stove and kettle anymore we just take the short walk to their kitchen where hot water is on tap,

They have a honesty shop stocked full of essentials and goodies for kiddies, everything thing is priced just pop your pennies in the box,

There are plenty of walks and different beaches near by, pond farm has a family field and a adult field it’s so peaceful and quirky which I love, soon as you arrive your made to feel welcome,

April and Geoff runs the campsite are absolute diamonds, such a wonderful welcoming couple,

Clean toilets and showers, washing machine and dryer,

I can’t tell you how much I love this place, 2 years running now, and I can’t see us going any else I just love north Norfolk, 🦀

Thank you so much to April and Geoff for a wonderful week! 🦀🦀🦀

We brought our grand daughter here for a family holiday,

We've been coming back for a few years now, this was the first time there were no children on site but for a few on our first 2 days,

It's a lovely site and will still come back again but probably on our own with no children next time but would recommend it to families

 Great location and very friendly.

Close to beach and great pub 1 mile away down the back lanes.

Really useful kitchen with fridge/ freeze/ toaster. Everything is clean and functional (albeit "rustic"!) and you don't have to queue to use the facilities.

Not got a play area as it's so small, so maybe not somewhere for small kids for a week but great if you want good value rural camping.

Will definitely go back.
