Fantastic campsite with everything you could want to make your stay comfortable.
Great location 10 mins from the Norfolk Coast path with a pub about 15 minutes walk away.
The Wardens were so friendly and helpful and to top it all off it was a really good price.
Will definitely be staying again.

Well! We have booked again! Even though the weather was pretty rubbish, we still had a few good days, and Jeff and April really pulled the stops out for us!
I don't want to praise this place too much, as I don't want too many people coming (joking), but if you want really good basic camping without the frills, you must try POND FARM!
Love, K&Mxx

Lovely quiet site, adults only field separate from family one, spacious pitches,
Clean toilets, showers and kitchen area.
Couple running the site are friendly and welcoming.
Having microwaves, fridges and freezers meant I didn't need to bother bringing camp stove.

Absolutely lovely people! I can't thank you enough for your kindness to me even if I wanted to climb in the tumble drier myself! (it was a cold, wet, July 'summers' day - Wimbledon week so what did I expect? )
It's quiet and peaceful and a little off the track, but wonderful hot showers, clean, a kitchen with permanent hot water and fridges for all.
I have recommended you to all I met along the way, and I will continue to do so and hope to return, (in an easier format !).

Campsite is lovely and relaxed and they have everything you could need.
We will be returning in the near future the only thing that let out stay down was the weather.

Lovely small and quiet campsite but with all the facilities you need for a great stay.
Very friendly welcome on arrival & also a nice goodbye on departure.
Ideal base to explore Cromer.
Love the fact that there’s a kitchen for washing up and hot drinks with a microwave if you need it and fridges for keeping your milk cool. Charging lockers for mobile phones is a new addition since we last visited. Nice showers and even laundry facilities for a longer stay.
Thanks for a very chilled weekend!

Small, friendly, clean, with a number of extra comforts such as kitchen with microwaves toasters fridges and freezer.
Very near the coast (5-10 minute walk).
In a quiet lane - very little traffic. The site is quiet and well-kept.
I would recommend.

Brilliant peaceful little site for tents n small vans. April n Jeff very welcoming and friendly and keep it spotless.
Loads of hot water and so many thoughtful extras. It's what camping should be.
Great cycling quiet lanes and walking to Cromer along the coast path and beach. 2 decent pubs nearby. Couldn't ask for more.

FANTASTIC! We have been to POND FARM many times over many years. Always a warm welcome, nothing too much trouble.
Basic facilities but everything you need. Hot showers, clean loos, kitchen with I-phone, I-pad chargers, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, freezers, fridges, microwave, toasters, boiling water for a cuppa, what more could you ask for??
If you are a bit of a petrol head / engineer you may get a chance of a tour of the old workshops.
Two fields, one for families, and one for couples! People go year after year! What a recommendation!
