We had a lovely time as a group of families with children. Our tent area was big enough to entertain and for our kids to play.
Kitchen area, toilets and showers were clean.
There were enough fridge and freezer to keep our food fresh.
We had a warm welcome from Jeff at the site. He attended to our needs and checked if we needed anything.
I would recommend this site to families with children.

Really lovely small site with big pitches. Great facilities with clean toilets and hot showers.
There is a well stocked and very reasonably priced shop with an honesty box and hot water to make teas and coffees.
It is in a great location for the coast. We visited woodlands caravan park to use the pool you have to become members for 25 pounds and then pay to swim.
As we are locals it was worth it as we will definitely be going back to stay at pond farm again.

Little gem of a campsite!
Set in lovely countryside and not far from fabulous coastal walks to Overstrand or Cromer.
2 fields. Flat ground for pitching. Everything you need for camping. Loved the shop in the kitchen area.
Lovely hosts that take the time to show you round & have all the time in the world for you.
Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting this lovely part of the world!

Great campsite, small but not cramped.
Well organised and well spaced pitches.
Very nice and relaxed atmosphere.
Great to have honesty boxes for various types of provisions.
Would definitely stay again. The children loved it too.

Nice little field, all friendly - and Geoff and April who were running it are great people to spend time with, whacky stuff everywhere, wonderful shop-cupboards, incredibly generous kitchen facilities
Cromer ('gem of the Norfolk coast')is not our cup of tea but the view of the pier back across a couple of miles of beach and breakwaters from Overstrand, with the sun sinking, is pretty good

I had a nice friendly welcome at this very peaceful site.
There is everything you need to hand and if you can’t find it Jeff and April will soon help you find what ever it might be!
A most beautiful part of the country to visit.

Great little site with very friendly and warm hosts.
The site is small and quiet but has very ample facilities including a kitchen, laundry and even a shop!
It’s also well situated close to a pub and the town is a short drive away.
I highly recommend and would visit again.

Excellent place! The guys there are friendly, helpful and very welcoming.
The facilities are basic but beyond a standard campsite.
There are showers, washing machine, cooker, microwave, tumble dryer, fridge, freezers and a small selection of groceries available to buy.
Lovely site clean and well kept. Highly recommend

This is a small, but well organised and well looked after site, the two fields sharing the very good and clean facilities.
The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with hot water for tea and coffee. The site managers were really friendly.
Great walks to the beach via sidestrand and access to Norfolk coastal towns.
