We stayed here for two nights with our pug as a test with our first ever camper van, we had an amazing stay and couldn’t fault the site at all.
The owners had literally though of everything from the kitchen, small shop, fridges and freezers available to use, safe lockers with chargers to charge phones or tablets,
Very clean toilet and shower facilities, laundry facilities and an ample supply of camping equipment available to borrow.
So friendly and relaxed and a super base to explore the east coast. Super quiet at night time so an excellent sleep was had by all!
Will definitely be back for another visit!

A little gem! Jeff & April help to make this site pretty perfect, always available if you need anything and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived.
The site itself is relaxed and so friendly, set in beautiful countryside close to the coast. The facilities are brilliant with a great kitchen area, clean toilets and showers block.
There are goodies and essentials available to buy (honesty box) and free use of fridge and freezer. Laundry facilities and electric charging points for devices are also available.
The free range eggs (30p each) were the best I have tasted…gorgeous…. We bought extra to take some home :) All in all the best site we have stayed at, and we are due to return for another weekend soon…can’t wait.
Certainly worth every penny…such good value for money. A really relaxing site to spend a few days to unwind.
Jed & Chris.

This is the second time we have stayed at pond farm, we loved it so much the first time so decided to go again, there's so much to do in the area, either walking or by car
The facilities on site are very clean, there's a well equipped kitchen with microwaves toasters and hot water, also a very handy honesty shop selling sweets, chocolate, various kinds of food and small bits of camping equipment
The couple that look after the site are very friendly and are always on hand if you need anything, it's such a friendly lovely site, I will definitely be booking for next year

Just stayed one night to give my little one a camping experience, and that is exactly what she got.
There was everything there you could need, plus more, whilst still feeling like you’re experiencing a typical old school camp in a field.
The only negatives / improvements I could say was that it wasn’t ‘quiet time’ after 10pm on the particular night we stayed, although it didn’t bother us whatsoever, I had put my daughter to bed expecting us to have to be quiet so could have stayed up later if we had known.
Also perhaps the website needs updating slightly as some things aren’t available whereas many more are.

A fabulous campsite that has lots of thoughtful details that make your stay more comfortable eg a kitchen with microwave, toaster and kettle.
Very friendly and relaxed vibe.
Very reasonable priced - they have really resisted the silly prices being charged with Staycation.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay at Pond Farm & will definitely return. We were made to feel very welcome by Jeff & April and were very happy with the size & position of our pitch.
The location is rural & very peaceful but only a 5 minute drive to Overstrand & 10 to Cromer and you can walk to Overstrand via an off road footpath.
Pitch prices are very reasonable & although there’s no electric hook ups on the site there are excellent cooking facilities in the kitchen plus lockers for charging phones/laptops etc - great idea.
The WCs & showers were rustic but spotlessly clean. Another great idea is the honesty shop which had a wide range of groceries, toys & chocolate…. I resisted!

This is a lovely campsite. I camped midweek with my teenage son and his two friends. We were placed on the adult field (teenagers pay adult rates) and had soft ground and plenty of space.
Toilets and showers are clean and in good condition and well ventilated for covid.
There was a lot of fridge and freezer space available for campers, and a well-equipped kitchen with microwave and washing up facilities, but it was the extensive self-service tuck shop (including eggs and ice cream) which particularly impressed the younger visitors.
Cheery resident wardens are available to help and answer questions (and hush late night noise where needed).
It's a quiet location with great skies good for stargazing, only lacking the likes of views, proximity to beach & shops (half an hour's walk), playground.

Love love, love this campsite visited many times. Tucked away from the busyness of Cromer.
Clean, well kept site with extra unexpected facilities which make camping a more enjoyable experience.

A lovely campsite, have stayed here before. Friendly and helpful wardens. Very quiet.
In the middle of nowhere, no park etc. Great finds in the shop for the children.
Back to basics camping which is reflected in price.
Facilities are clean but showers do need some attention - either ice cold or red hot. This is only grumble.
We would definitely stay here again.
