Perfect as always. We come back again and again, it's such a lovely place to be.
The location is fab, of course, but Jeff and April give a friendly and warm welcome and the site feels like its run by people who've done a lot of camping and know what you need!
Can't wait to go back. Thanks Pond Farm!

Another cracking visit to Pond Farm - it's an absolute gem.
Jeff & April are perfect hosts, so welcoming and helpful.
Really peaceful and tranquil place, well located to Cromer, beaches and coastal paths.
Facilities are quirky & spot on. Very generous in terms of access to hot water, plugs, freezer & fridge space.
Wildlife in the area is amazing - saw kestrel, deer, owl, bat and red kite from the site.
Love it

A third visit to Pond Farm and another lovely trip, this time with extended family and dog.
It was great to have fresh eggs in the morning and the supply of chocolate and ice cream in the honesty shop was taken advantage of!
Air pump to use for airbeds is very useful and lots of fridges available in the campsite kitchen.
It’s a great location for exploring local beaches and Jeff was very helpful guiding us towards the coastal path so we could explore the area further.
We will be returning 😃

Great campsite with all the facilities we could need, useful supplies in case of forgetting anything and in perfect distance of the beach.
Would definitely stay here again.

The host showed us round the site on arrival, the site had so many great amenities- a tuck shop, fridges and freezers, a kitchen.
The toilet/shower unit was beautifully painted and decorated and kept in a great, clean condition.
The location was great, close to the Norfolk coastal path, near to a pub and a bus stop.

Great little site, everything I needed.
Very friendly site manager who went above and beyond to help me sort dinner after arriving late following a long day on the bicycle.
Would definitely recommend!

Just what we were looking for - excellent value, added extras and amazing friendly camp wardens.
No need for an electric hook up as all necessary needs are met; clean showers and toilets, fridges, toasters, microwaves and more.
No traffic noise so great to relax and recharge your batteries!

This small campsite does what it says on the tin. It is in a really quiet location for the area, has plenty of facilities (never had to queue) that are well kept (quirky and not modern, but clean and tidy at all times).
It was lovely to be able to wash up in the camp kitchen, which had plenty of freezer/fridge space and reasonably priced charging points (in lockers) for phones etc, as there is no electric hook-up available.
Despite being placed in the family field, we found it quiet at night and in the morning; everyone was very respectful of their neighbours.
There is a bus stop within 5-minute walk across a field, with the coast hopper service 7/7 to North Walsham or Wells via Cromer, so there was no need to move the van during our stay.
The nearest beach, at Overstrand, was a bit of a hike (30 mins). You can see the coast path across the fields but again you need to walk to Overstrand (or get the bus) to access it.
The campsite managers were really friendly and helpful. The owner responded quickly to our email enquiry. The site is reasonably priced. You have to book for 3 nights over a bank holiday.
