This is a great little site with good facilities.
It's not posh or pretentious, many of the things look as though they have been upcycled but it all works and is clean.
There are microwaves and fridge freezers as well as some supplies on sale.
Hot water for tea and coffee, charging points for your electrical items.
A £1 fee is payable for the charging which seems fair in my opinion.
All in all a great little site.

Excellent small campsite with really friendly atmosphere. Good facilities.
Stayed 2 nights with our young puppy for her first camping experience.
Very convenient for meeting up with family staying in Overstrand.
Just a very short drive to the beach or a decent walk.
Would definitely come back again.
Have recommended to friends and family.

We loved our stay! Friendly, quiet site.
Brilliant facilities allowing us to easily keep the kids cleanish and make food they would eat.
We loved being able to buy ice lollies from the on site freezer.
They phone charging lockers are really useful.
We didn't need them but it was good to know there were washers and dryers available and so reasonably priced as well.
Overstrand beach is gorgeous and really quick to get to (a couple of minutes by car).
Cromer town centre has everything you could need and only takes about ten minutes by car including parking up.
We really enjoyed wandering around Cromer and looking in some of the nice independent shops.
The general area is just really beautiful and a lovely place to be.

What a wonderfull place!
So relaxed, friendly owners, very quiet after 22:00, fantastic location for walking, cycling and reading.
The villages on this coast are beautiful and not too crowded.
I recommend this place to everybody who likes a special atmosphere and stunning nature. TT

Great campsite.
Loved the trust shop, free fridges and freezers, lovely personal touches and warm welcome.
Also a beautiful spot.
Brilliant idea to have a family field and a non family field for people who prefer to sleep in 😉

Great little campsite. Friendliest welcome and tour of facilities.
Everything you could want or need with honesty box, washing lines, fridge/ freezer/ washing machine/ microwave etc.
Excellent location-short walk along footpath takes you straight to the coastal path in both directions.
Will definitely book to visit again!

Lovely little quiet campsite. We stayed in the adults field on large pitches.
Great showers and washing up facilities and you can purchase camping necessities on an honesty box system.
There are also a number of fridges to keep food and beers chilled, a toaster and microwave.
Jeff and April are really friendly and helpful wardens.
Will definitely be back.

Camped with my 16yr old and we both loved the site, very peaceful, 6 pitches in our field, well organised clean facilities, great hot showers,
Kitchen area well equipped and campers fridge n freezer usage, phone charging lockers, tonnes of snacks for sale, air compressor for airbeds, laundrette,
Site is close to Cromer, great sandy beaches few miles away by car,
Close to supermarkets handy.
Wardens very cheerful and helpful. Price was pretty average.
Thanks Pond Farm for a brilliant relaxed holiday
Recommended and definitely want to go back
