Such a lovely calm friendly stay.
Really respectful and peaceful.
Very sweet to have a shop and kitchen running on honesty payment.
The pot noodles really saved us as we couldn’t get a booking at the pub!
Great creative vibe from the people that live and work there.
Cliffs, beach and lovely walks so close by too.

Quirky, eclectic and really good. What a lovely little site. Very quiet, it has everything you'll need and more.
The little shop has the things you'll have forgotten or didn't realise you needed.
Close enough to the coast to bike there, bit of a hill on the return journey
If you're looking for a big site with all the trappings this isn't the place for you, if you're looking for somewhere quiet, quirky and peaceful I can't recommend this site highly enough.

Another fabulous stay at this most welcoming of sites.
Fantastic facilities kept spotlessly clean by April and Jeff.
Really peaceful and in a great location for cycling and walking and only a few miles from the beach and Cromer.
If you forget anything or fancy a treat they provide a well stocked and fun shop.
Cheers guys see you again. :)

A return visit during a nice spell of sunny weather. It is a lovely quiet setting and we had a very relaxing stay, walking into Cromer for a breakfast one day and doing some swimming at Overstrand.
This site is well kept and the facilities are what old fashioned camping should be, nice warm showers, a small kitchen with fridges available but is not what you'd call a posh or flashy site. It is much nicer than that!
Thanks again to Jeff and April for a very happy few days!

Quiet, quirky, unfussy,
A wonderful spot close enough to the beach but far enough to keep away from the crowds although it’s a quiet area anyway,
Some superb walking and wildlife.

We really enjoyed are stay at Pond farm.
The facilities were always clean and they have everything you need.
Plenty of freezer and fridge space, a charging unit, washing line, etc.
April and Jeff are really friendly and helpful, checking regularly that everyone is ok and have all they need.
We would definitely return.

We had a great stay at Ponds farm. It's a lovely site that is well set up with all the facilities you need.
The kitchen, fridges and freezers are a nice touch and the shower/toilet block were always clean and well maintained.
We were greeted on our arrival and shown around the site and facilities which was nice.
The best thing is the space. We were in the adult field with no children and we had loads of space to pitch up and park the car.
The field only holds six tents and therefore is quiet and has room to park the car next to the tent.
The site is a short drive from the coast, towns and country houses so there is loads to do in the area.
Lovely site and well worth a visit.

Nice flat grass area for tent. You can move the picnic bench to you for your own use.
Very friendly campsite owners who also offer ideas about what to do in the area.
Lots of toilets all painted really nicely, all in the same indoor space as the washing machines. There is a shower. Sinks and an electric handryer which is nice as no towel needed.
There are herbs growing in a well maintained bathtub garden that you can help yourself to which is so nice if cooking your own food.
There's a kitchen with everything in that you need which is ideal because across from that is an honesty box where you can put money in and buy a variety of food and drink from the cupboard and fridge. There's also a freezer and fridge for campers to use for food storage. It really is wonderful.
Doggy water and toilet station also.
Definitely will be returning, the price is also excellent.
10 minute drive to cromer on lovely scenic routes.
We also drove 54 minutes to great yarmouth from here.
