Lovely people, have put a lot of thought into what may be needed by campers. Have just about everything you could need.
Very good value for money too.
I am walking coastal path, the path is about 20 min walk from site slightly longer to overstrand beach.
But coastal hopper bus less than 10 min walk.

We got met by the owner, who is very friendly. He showed us around the facilities and site.
He gave us a choice of pitches to choose from.
The site is close to the beach, 30 minutes walk, facilities are great, toaster, tea, coffee, hot choc making facilities for a small cost.
Snacks and other items to purchase.
Toilets and showers are clean
Felt very safe on site
Airline to pump up beds,

Great campsite with all the facilities we could need,
Useful supplies in case of forgetting anything and in perfect distance of the beach.
Would definitely stay here again.

Location excellent. Fabulous walks, local pubs, near the coastal bus, no need for the car.
On site, everything you need and more than you might expect.
Good kitchen facilities. 3 toilets and 3 hot showers fine this late in the season when not busy.
Friendly and laid back, helpful people. Liked no electric hook ups and therefore, mostly tents.
Not much to dislike, maybe the family field is a little narrow for larger tents on the generous width pitch sizes when you have opposite campers.

Large pitch - perfect location - excellent facilities -
Friendly people( they make you feel like part of the camping family!).
Will definitely come again (and won't wait 17 years this time!).

Hello! My girl and I stayed at this camp for a night and it honestly surprised me how nice it was.
As we arrived the camp manager greeted us, answered our questions and gave us a brief tour of the camp.
The pitch sizes are very spacious, showers had nice hot water and even had fridges and washers for clothes.
I definitely would have stayed another night if I had the chance.

It’s becoming a yearly summer occurrence to visit pond farm. It’s just so chilled out and friendly.
A little off the beaten track and less formal-which we love. With very friendly genuine people on site- With added extra advice on the best beach spots to fossil hunt!
Our kids love the little shop, that seems to stock everything you could think of when camping as well as the quirky shower units and also blackberry picking.
We love the peace and quiet and walk to the village pub and available hot water for our morning coffees! Oh and beautiful orange fluffy spotty caterpillars on the nearby sycamore trees that showed up this year ( they aren’t poisonous and weren’t being pests- so don’t let that put you off staying)🐛
