 We have been coming to this campsite for many years now, and the trips never disappoint! Stayed over the bank holiday weekend and had loads of fun with the campers around us. It really was a shame about the rain as it poured down most of Friday, however that couldn’t be helped and we still had a blast! Luckily the sun came out on Saturday and we had a lovely trip into Conwy- the castle is always worth a visit, so I would definitely recommend that! All in all, another great weekend at Conwy Holiday Park- helpful staff, great views and a magnificent location! See you again soon!

My wife and I stayed on the site over Easter Weekend. We were given a very warm welcome and the plot we were allocated was excellent.
This is an excellent site with very good facilities. It I s well maintained and sited overlooking the Conway Valley. The Groes Pub in Tyn yr Groes serves excellent pub food. Conway is a ten minute drive from the site.
Our visit was too short and we certainly will be returning in the very near future.

The park is sent in rolling beautiful countryside close to Conway town. The positives are the pitches are spacious. I can't think of anything else positive to say. There is one club on site which isn't adequate for the capacity of the park.
The showers were cold, dirty and very basic. They ran for 5 seconds at a time. Basic is how I would describe these facilities. We ended up leaving in towels in order to get dried properly and warmed back in the caravan. Most locks on the shower doors were broken.
Bins were overflowing but it was busy so I will accept that they might have been due to be emptied.
The Elsan facilities were nothing short of disgusting. They were in an appalling state.
I get the feeling that the owners of this park just rely on the fact that it is set close to Conway. They don't spend money on the upkeep of the facilities on the park. They don't care about their customers.
The staff member on arrival was lovely so she will get them a good rating.

We are storage customers here and always do the month of October as it is great value! Don't stay the whole month but come and go whenever we can. Just finished our season here at the annual halloween party- and I have to say they outdid themselves! It was brilliant- free drink, brilliant singer and everyone dressed up! Fantastic way to say goodbye for the winter- see you next year!

Arrived at the park for the firework weekend- which we come to every year-and it didn't disappoint! Love the site and the views are beautiful. The site feels safe and welcoming. Play area for the children which has been rebuilt, great value bar area and brilliant fireworks! Will be back next season!

Had a brilliant time at Conwy Touring Park for the fireworks weekend! We come every year and it just gets better and better. The kids love it because the park is always busy and we meet up with the same families every time. The toilets and showers are always clean, the pitches are nice and big and you are not cramped right next to anyone else. Checking in the same as always, very quick and efficient. All in all a great weekend, and the fireworks really were spectacular!

I go to a lot of different campsites but this touring park is the best one I have came Across. It is family friendly, the pitches are a really good size, the showers are lovely and hot the dish washing facilities are clean and spacious. The staff are extremly helpful and friendly, There are stunning views, parks for the children to play, a great club where parents can have a drink and relax. The park is very well designed with a very happy atmosphere, I will most definitely be booking a lot of hols there next season and will be recommending it to family and friends.

Had a lovely holiday here with all the family. Came in a group - total of 3 pitches altogether. We managed to get in this little cul de sac which worked really well for us. The pitches were nice and large, staff very friendly and helpful - they printed off a map, some directions for us and researched some areas for us to go. Toilets were always clean and the site seemed well looked after in general! There really are some beautiful views from the site as well. Lovely park!

Stayed here for a week at the start of September, it was really nice and peaceful. The site is very big and because it was quiet we asked to be in an area without other campers. We had a large pitch- big enough for our caravan, awning and two cars- so plenty of space. Checking in was quick and efficient and we were told that if we had any problems just to ring down or pop back in. Toilets and showers were always perfectly clean and the site really is well maintained. Coming again for their firework weekend, would recommend this campsite!

Nice Retreat
Very pretty area. Staff and other guests really make you feel at home. There is a relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, a welcoming owner, and well kept facilities.
Lots to see and do. Definitely will return. From arriving to leaving no complaints at all; it is a beautiful location, and this park is a great base for North Wales.
