We had only a short stay on the campsite over the bank holiday, but had a lovely time! Really beautiful views to be found over the site and there were plenty of children for mine to play with! The staff were lovely, and we have no complaints except for the horrendous weather! Conwy really is a great little town- will be recommending the area and the site to everyone! Thank you!

Lovely campsite but there are a few issues. There are no on site shops but plenty of places to put it on and also pub which has food only opens at 7pm which is mad as the kids are in bed at that time, not sure why it's no open earlier as I think they would makes lots of money doing so. There seems to be a lot of people from Liverpool there!. Real shame as it is a great campsite over all. Also they don't give you much camp room space.

Just got back, had 1 week at Conway Holiday Park for the 5th time this year.

We are a family of four (2 teen sons) and a dog, we now store the caravan on the site as it is lovely and why not as it saves keep towing the van each month, we give them 2 days notice and they pull the van out to the pitch we want. The site is very well set out and the pitches are spacious, we have an awning and wind breaks and still enough room from next pitch. The shower blocks and toilets are very clean (cleaned twice a day) and showers are also hot! They have very large bins at the end of your coloured area which is great because you don't get flies and wasp's hanging round small open top bins. There is a pub on site, launderette and children's play area, there is something for everyone. Quiet time is 11pm which a lot people abide with. I noticed a review saying they had no toilet roll, they refill them each morning and leave spares on top of the toilet, but sadly people have pinched them! We love this site it has everything we need and local to shops in Conwy 1 mile away and Llandudno only 4 miles away. The end of season has a Firework display which I cannot wait to see this year which is Sept. I am lucky as will be visiting the site a few extra months as my friend has bought one of the new Lodges on site which are beautiful.

We have just got home from here, had a great stay with the family. Really helpful staff, clean facilities, and loads to do in Conwy. We look for good value places to stay and as the prices is per pitch and not per person and dog etc it works out at a really great price for us (two adults four kids!) We were close to the park but managed to get a really good spot so that people weren’t constantly walking past our tent. Just a shame the weather wasn’t great, looks like we missed all the sun!

This year we decided to store our caravan here, as they will move it from their storage compound and put it on site as part of the service. After reading a few of the comments we were a bit concerned, but after using the site and facilities this weekend I can give my opinion.

The staff were very friendly, the grounds well maintained, the toilets and showers were cleaned to a high standard and the pitch we were on (red) was ideal.

There was no bad behaviour seen as most if not all the units were families.

An added bonus were the squirrels that appeared now and again during the day and the rabbits at night.

I couldn’t fault the site, we travelled into Llandudno and spent time in Conwy too, it is central to get about the North Wales beaches and tourist attractions.

Very happy we put the van there, just need the time to use it more often.

Have once again spent time at this site, we have been coming here since the late '70's before it became Conwy Touring park. This site is one of the best my family and I have used. There are a few niggles here and there but the main problem is not the site or owner or staff its the campers that turn up mainly for the weekend, we were there for two weeks and it was fantastic, when the weekend came it was bedlam. Fires where being lit, the toilets were wrecked. The gentleman that cleaned the toilets was a real gem and deserved a medal. One of the toilet blocks had been without water and there were signs up asking campers to use nearby facilities but no, totally ignored and the poor chap was having to run to the water tap with buckets to clean out the loos! What is wrong with people? We finally gave in and left earlier than our time due to the noise from the campers behind, who through sheer inconsideration to everyone else kept up the boom, boom, throb of music till 2. 50 in the morning! The topic of conversation was about these people who were making the noise and most of the people around us were packing up and leaving. Sadly we had our first ever incidents in all the years we have camped. Our vehicle had its offside tail lights smashed and we had our solar lights stolen. I have some guy ropes and placed these cheep lights so nobody tripped in the dark. This site is beautiful, staff hardworking and friendly but be aware that there are many people with no respect for other campers and their belongings and sadly the comments that this site is run down is due to them and not the owners.

We came to this campsite with another couple, and had an excellent time. We asked to be in adjoining pitches and managed to get in an area just the two of us (which was really very nice). Toilets cleaned a few times a day, and if there were any problems you can just pop down to reception and speak to the girls there- they were very helpful and accomodating (printed off some maps of llandudno for us with directions). All in all had a lovely stay, thank you!

Me and my wife had a lovely time here, the bad reviews are very misleading (or at least were for when we stayed). We had great views over looking the river, and we were in the clubhouse every night - there was a nice atmosphere and we met some lovely people. Me and my wife look for good locations, non-crowded areas and clean facilities. We will be back again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with my young family- the play area in the clubhouse was a lot bigger than I expected! Girls on reception were also very nice and helpful, very quick process of checking in- and I have no complaints about the park or the location - Conwy town is absolutely brilliant, take a walk around the castle walls!

Can honestly say we had absolutely no problems when staying at this campsite - we were a bit wary after reading the reviews. We actually turned up after check in but rang before-hand and they gave us our barrier code and pitch number before they closed. We were pitched on blue quite close to the toilets (which we asked for) and the kids were able to just walk over to the outdoor play area. There were beautiful views all over the site, and our pitch was absolutely massive! We were able to fit our large family tent and 2 cars (we did have to pay for the extra car however). The whole family enjoyed it (both generations) which is what we look for in a campsite! Booking again for september so many thanks!
