Excellent location run by lovely and friendly people.

If you’re in it for the views, this is the place for you.

The site is small, clean and well maintained.

I can’t wait to come again.

Very very close to the start of the Pennine way so absolutely perfect for walking holidays.

Also very close to a relatively busy road and train track, but no noise later in the evening.

Easy to find and get to. Walking distance from several pubs so you can have a drink and still get back to your tent.

The facilities are adequate and clean. Could do with some pitch designation as a couple of numpties pitched a few feet from us even though the field was empty.

The owners are lovely, very easy and friendly check in.

Bit of a last minute booking got on site though 👍

Only couple of drawbacks are no internet connection they could provide wifi 👍

And a train track runs right behind the campsite

Other than that excellent

I love this place, friendly, clean, basic,

Not crammed full of people and well away from the busier sites.

Shouldn't tell people really as they'll all want a piece of the pie!

Have stayed here a few times over recent years and it really is a fantastic site.

It is a working farm which I find adds a real point of interest and there have been two fields available when I have visited which have great views of the surrounding countryside and animals grazing.

Facilities are clean and tidy and the site has struck the balance just right in my opinion and is not over commercial yet a lot more than just a field.

Was also impressed with how the numbers were limited so there was space for everyone with nice gaps between tents / vans.

It was also a very friendly place with other campers saying hello and a great place to relax. There are a couple of pubs nearby and small shop / cafe / post office a short walk away and the Hope Valley is stunning.

Great place to stay and will be back again.

Friendly, quiet, clean and excellent location.

There were 2 fields and we were given choice where to pitch.

The ground was pretty flat and we didn’t need to use our chocks.

The facilities were cleaned regularly. Couldn’t ask for more

Nice little campsite with excellent views either side - lovely owner, very helpful. Clean toilets and washing up area.

Short walk into Edale itself, easy access to the start of numerous trails. Well maintained site overall.

Definitely recommend - we'll be back!

Very nice and lovely place! easy to get there if you are a backpacker. There is lot to do around and amazing spots.

The farm is very quiet and the people who works there take care of amenities every day.
