Great campsite that’s close to Edale and perfect for exploring the area.
Within walking distance of a good pub but you do walk on an unlit road to get there.
Facilities were always clean and the site is small and quiet with a no noise policy after dark.
It’s on a farm so your neighbours in the next field are sheep and horses.
You park next to your tent so very convenient.
Will definitely be back.

Great couple of nights away the site was quiet and very tranquil most the time with only the sounds of birds, sheep and the resident “wild horses” and also the odd train passing through just behind the site.
The toilets were well equipped and never without Hand soap or Toilet roll. Nice warm shower also available.
The location of Edale was perfect for walks to Kinder scout, Jacob’s ladder & Mam Tor.

The hosts were very friendly and kept the facilities clean and tidy.
The campsite was in a great location and not too crowded either.
Just a note that there was only signal for phones on EE at the campsite.

Beautiful campsite located a short walk away from edale train station (via barber booth trail), surrounded by idyllic views of the surrounding peaks.
The owners were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. This campsite is on a working farm so the livestock noises really added to the experience!
This was a pleasant change from other campsites I have recently visited with a very back to nature vibe- perfect for our bank holiday break.
Our pitch was incredibly fairly priced too!
The lack of signal was a complete blessing and make it all the easier to relax and unwind.
Perfect for us and our dog but would also be well suited to families too!
We can’t wait to visit again :)

Lovely setting. Friendly owner.
Simple but clean facilities.
Convenient for walks and into edale.
Competitive price too.
Pitches on grass but plenty of room.
As everywhere in edale some train noise.
